Professor Yan Yong’s Clinical Experience In Treating Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus From The Spleen Based On Data Mining

Objective: Using data mining technology,explore Yan Yong professor from the spleen of TCM differentiation of type 2 diabetes clinical dialectical thinking,analyze its characteristics and characteristic medicine eperience,in the hope of inheriting Yan Yong professor of treatment of type 2 diabetes clinical eperience and academic thought,and for the general medical treatment to provide more clinical diagnosis and treatment of the ideas,improve the clinical curative effect.Methods:Collected in January 2018 to December 2020 months Yan Yong treated from the spleen,a professor at the basis of type 2 diabetes,on the basis of collected according to the inclusion criteria Eclusion criteria,a total of 302 cases after strict screening,to establish the original database,and the data cleansing and specifications Use of auiliary platform(V2.5)software for data storage and statistic analysis,combined with TCM theory and school professor Yan Yong herself,to be analyzed.Results:1.A total of 302 patients and 302 prescriptions were included in this study,involving 177 drugs.2.The study results showed that the male to female ratio of the included patients was about 1.04:1,and the patients were mainly aged between 40 and69.The frequency of symptoms in patients from high to low was fatigue,dry mouth,poor sleep,thirst,foam urine,blurred vision,etc.The common tongue were red,dark,light,greasy,thin,yellow and white.The common pulse patterns were sinkiness,veinlets,chords,and gliding.3.The syndrome statistics showed that the main syndrome in treating T2DM from spleen was the syndrome of dampness-heat accumulation,accounting for 45.36% of all cases,followed by the syndrome of liver and spleen dysregulation and the syndrome of spleen Yin deficiency.The common syndromes were stasis,followed by phlegm dampness and stasis.4.The top 10 drugs in frequency of use were poria cocos,jujube,coptis coptidis,pinellia ginger,alisma alisma,Atractylodes ractylodes,prepared liquorice,tangerine peel,fructus auranti,dried ginger;The frequency of the four gases is warm,cold,flat,hot and cool in order.The five flavors were sweet,spicy,bitter,sour,salty and astringent in order.The drug flavor was more into the spleen,stomach and lung meridians,followed by the liver,heart and kidney meridians,and less into the other meridians.5.According to the classification statistics of drug efficacy,the drugs commonly used by Professor Yan Yong in treating T2DM from the spleen were,in order,tonifying deficiency,improving water and moistening,clearing heat,relieving surface and regulating qi.6.There are 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine with weighting degree≥2000,and their functions are mainly to improve dampness,reduce dampness,dry dampness,clear heat and promote blood circulation.7.The association rule algorithm was used to analyze the total drug use,and it was concluded that the most commonly used drug core combination of T2DM from the spleen by Professor Yan Yong was poria cocos,pinellia pinellia,alisma alisma,jujube and prepared licorice.The most commonly used drugs are poria cocos and alisma alisma;Pinellia ginger,Pori cocos;Jube,poria cocos.The most commonly used clusters include pinellia ginger,tangerine peel,pori cocos;Prepared liquorice,jujube,poria cocos;Pinellia pinellia,Poria cocos,Alisma alisma,etc.The potential core drug combinations include Cherry Rose-Schisandra Fructus and Gorgon Euryale;Hawthorn-cohosh-atractylodes-silkworm;Almond-coiseed-cardamom-patc-houli,etc.8.The main TCM syndromes were analyzed by using association rules,and the core drugs commonly used in each syndromes were obtained:(1)Professor Yan Yong’s commonly used core combination of drugs in the treatment of damp-heat type T2DM from the spleen were Pinellia pinelliae and Tia cocoa;Poring,aurantium aurantium;Ginger half summer,yellow lian;Ginger half summer,hawthorn.12 flavors of the type: poria cocos,pinellia ginger,coptidis coptidis,fructus aurantii,tangerine peel,tractylodes atractylodes,prepared licorice,alisma alisma,jujube,Divine Comedy,hawthorn,silkworm;(2)Liver and spleen unmodulable type 9 flavors: Angelica sinensis,Bupleurum bupleurum,white peony root,Gardenia jasminoides,peony bark,Poria cocos,Atractylodes ractylodes,licorice,ginger;(3)The core drugs of Spleen Yin deficiency syndrome are 8: Atractylodes Atractylodes,Codonopsis pilosula,Chinese yam,Anemarhizoma Rhizoma,Jade Bamboo,Trichosanthus trichosanthus,Paeonia lactiflora and Licorice.Conclusion:The common main syndromes in the treatment of diabetes from the spleen were dampness-heat accumulation syndrome,liver and spleen unregulated syndrome,spleen Yin deficiency syndrome.The common syndromes were stasis syndrome,phlegm dampness syndrome,stagnation of heat syndrome.Professor Yan Yong’s commonly used clinical prescriptions are Lianshu thirst elimination prescription,Yi Puxiaoling decoction,Danzhi Xiaoyao powder,Shenrou Yangzhen decoction,Zisheng pill,etc.Yan Yong professor spleen health delivery,phlegm turbidity not into its basic pathogenesis,treatment should grasp the spleen health loss in the process of this nature,the root of the spleen drain turbidity to treat sent side medication must be both tonify deficiency and qing,the national health delivery of spleen and stomach at the same
