Meta Analysis Of Clinical Study On Perimenopausal Syndrome Treated By Dixian Decoction

Objective:Understanding in recent years,domestic use two fairy soup in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome research present situation,the system evaluation formula 2 classic fairy soup the effectiveness of the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,so as to provide reference for clinical decision making.To show the important therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in perimenopausal syndrome.Methods:1.Search for the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome by searching CNKI database for nearly 10 years.The CONSORT statement and STRICTA standards of two fairy soup treatment of perimenopausal syndrome of RCT literature quality evaluation,of two fairy soup treating perimenopausal syndrome cure rate of Meta analysis.Results:Literature metrology research: this time after screening,there were 23 references in the standard literature.A total of 1210 subjects were included in the experimental group,and 1127 subjects were included in the control group.Meta analysis results show that:1.Efficient: two fairy soup treating perimenopausal syndrome efficient than western medicine group(OR = 2.75,95% CI(2.10,3.61],P < 0.00001),and two fairy soup combined western medicine treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is superior to western medicine group(OR = 4.22,95% CI(2.46,7.22],P < 0.00001).In addition,the efficiency of the combined treatment group was higher than that of the western medicine group(OR= 4.22,95%CI[2.46,7.22],P<0.00001).2.Hormone level changes: the level of E2 hormone was elevated,and the standardized average difference was 95%CI 1.03[0.49,1.57],P=0.0002,and the difference was statistically significant.The level of FSH decreased,and the standardized average difference was 95%CI,-1.22[-2.33,-0.11],P=0.03,and the difference was statistically significant.The decrease of LH hormone level,the standardized average difference was 95%CI,-0.44[-1.98,1.11],P=0.58,and the difference was not statistically significant.3.Kupperman score comparison: there were 4 literatures reported Kupperman score,and the standardized average difference was-0.56[-0.94,-0.19],P=0.003,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The treatment of perimenopausal syndrome is safe and effective in the treatment of perimenopausal syndrome,and its efficiency is higher than that of the hormone supplement group,and the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine and the combination of Chinese and western medicine is more efficient than that of western medicine.In addition,the hormone level changes(E2,LH,FSH)of the patients after the treatment were significantly better than those in the western medicine group(E2levels were elevated,FSH levels decreased,and LH levels decreased).In addition,Kupperman score was lower than that in western medicine group.However,due to the relatively small number of literatures included in this study,the quality of the included literature is generally not high,which may affect the accuracy and reliability of the results.Expect more high-quality clinical research literature.The results of the study are further confirmed,so as to better serve clinical decisions.
