Clinical Study Of Gengnian Decoction In The Treatment Of Perimenopausal Syndrome With Deficiency Of Kidney Yin And Yang

Purpose: Observe gengnian soup with jiarong tablet to kidney yin and yang deficiency syndrome in patients with PMS differences before and after the treatment,analysis two methods of treatment for kidney Yin deficiency syndrome patients with PMS improved Kupperman score,TCM symptoms integral,quality of life and sex hormone level changes in perimenopausal,to explore the diagnosis and treatment gengnian soup with jiarong tablet yin and yang deficiency syndrome clinical efficacy of PMS.Data and Methods: This study included 68 patients with perimenopausal syndrome who were admitted to the Gynecology Outpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2020 and who met the inclusion criteria and were diagnosed as deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang syndrome.According to their visit time,they were randomly divided into two groups with 34 patients in each group.SPSS25.0 was used to establish a database and conduct statistical analysis.Results:1.Total effective rate: After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was94.12%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 85.29%.There was a statistical difference in the efficacy comparison between the groups(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect of Gengnian soup was significantly better than that of Jiarong Tablet.2.Modified Kupperman score: After treatment,the score of modified Kupperman scale decreased in both groups,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P <0.01),indicating that both Gengnian soup and Jiarong Tablet could reduce the score,and there was a statistical difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that the effect of Gengnian soup on PMS was better than that of Jiarong Tablet.3.TCM symptoms: on the primary symptom curative effect,comparing the two groups was statistically difference(P < 0.05),the effect of treatment group is better than the control group,in the treatment of tinnitus,forgetfulness,decreased libido,comparing the two groups have no statistical differences(P > 0.05),shows that two groups of treatment effect is similar to that of treatment of other aspects in the two groups are statistically significant(P < 0.05),the treatment group is better than the control group.In addition,the treatment group had the best efficacy in the treatment of hot sweating and sudden cold and sudden fever,and the worst efficacy in the treatment of heel pain,the total effective rate was 94.12%,and the total effective rate was only 70.59% in treatment of heel pain.In the control group,the total effective rate was more than 85%,and the total effective rate was only 47.06% in the treatment of heel pain.4.MENQOL:After treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the score of the perimenopausal quality of life scale between the two groups(P < 0.01),and there was a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),indicating that both of them could improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women.And the effect of Gengnian soup on improving the quality of life of perimenopausal women was better than that of Jiarong tablet.5.Sex hormones: There were significant differences in E2,FSH and LH hormones between the two groups before and after treatment(P < 0.01),and there were significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.01),indicating that Gengnian soup was more effective in improving the serum sex hormone levels of the subjects than Jiarong tablet.Conclusion:1.Both Gengnian soup and Jiarong tablet were effective in the treatment of kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome in PMS,and there was a statistical difference in the efficacy between groups(P < 0.05).The therapeutic effect of Gengnian soup was significantly better than that of Jiarong tablet.2.Gengnian soup has a more obvious effect than Jiarong tablet in the TCM treatment of kidney Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome in PMS.3.Gengnian soup can significantly improve the life quality of perimenopausal women than Jiarong tablet.4.Gengnian soup is safe and effective in the treatment of deficiency of kidney and Yin and Yang in PMS,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
