The Clinical Study On Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome With Geng'Erle Soup

Perimenopausal syndrome is used to be called "climacteric systems". In 1994 ,WHO abolished the wording of "climacteric systems", and then take the word "perimenopause" into use. As the consequence, "perimenopausal syndrome" take place the wording of "climacteric systems". With the aging of population in our country, the disease shows the tendency that the period for occurrence is ahead of time and the incidence rate is rising, which influence the living quality of the woman in this age period seriously.Modern medical science researches on the disease from the neuro-endocrino-immune net, the imbalance of nerve and endocrine can influence the immune system, at the same time, the function of the immune on the decline must cause the change of nerve and endocrine. Traditional Chinese medicine takes the view that the deficiency of kidney-energy is the cause of the disease, the maladjustment of kidney-energy's yin and yang also can lead to many organs pathologic change ,such as heart, liver and spleen etc.In this article, the writer observed the clinical effects of Geng'erle Soup used in 30 patients of perimenopasual syndrome, deliberated the medical mechanism in many facets, and compared with the other 30 patients taken the western medicine in use. The fact is that : Perimenopausal syndrome can respond symptoma-tically to Geng'erle Soup evidently, the overall effective rate being 93.3%,the compared group's being 86.7%, it shows the big difference in total marks between the two groups;they all can improve the level of E₂ in blood ,make the level of FSH and LH decline, and rise the level of β-EP which has descended, but thetreated is superior to the compared.lt points out that Geng'erle Soup has great curative effect in Perimenopausal syndrome, meanwhile it can adjust each link of "neuro-endocrino-immune net", it has the mechanism with many facets and the peculiarity of the organic adjustment.
