A Chinical Study On Deng Gaopi Experiential Prescription In Treatment Of Chronic Pelvic Pain In The Sequelae Of Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Backgroundchronic pelvic pain in the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease,is a common disease in women of childbearing age,frequently-occurring disease,often longer course,lingering refractory,causing serious economic and psychological burden on patients and their families.Although the antibiotic treatment of pelvic inflammatory disease is still good,but chronic pelvic pain but difficult to work.Tutor Professor Deng Gaopi in decades of clinical experience in the application of its experience in the treatment of this disease,has received good results.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of Professor Deng Gaopei’s experience in treating pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain(damp and hot type),and to explore its mechanism of action.MethodsThe first affiliated hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine gynecology outpatient treatment consistent with pelvic inflammatory disease sequelae of chronic pelvic pain diagnostic criteria and TCM Syndrome for the of damp and hot type the female patients 30 cases,giving Professor Deng gaopi experiential prescription for 2 weeks.The patients’ main clinical manifestations were scored by themselves and before and after treatment.Statistical analysis was made on the TCM syndromes before and after the treatment of the observed objects and the cumulative scores of the local signs,and the clinical efficacy index was calculated.The clinical efficacy was evaluated after statistical analysis.Results1.Professor Deng Gaopei experiential prescription treats of 30 patients,6 cases cured,effective in 14 cases,effective in 8 cases,2 cases,the total effective rate was 93.33%.2.Integral analysis: The total score,TCM syndrome score,local body score before and after treatment were statistically significant(P<0.05),and after treatment,the score was significantly less than before treatment.ConclusionProfessor Deng Gaopei experiential prescription for the treatment of chronic pelvic pain in the sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease has a good effect,it is deserved to be widely recommended in clinical.
