Clinical Observation On Fu Yan Qing Prescription For Treating Damp And Heat Blood Stasis Of The Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease

Objectives To obsearve the effect of treating the Chronic Pelvic Inflammatory Disease(CPID)with the Fu Yan qing prescription and to provide the basis of clinical application.Methods This clinical observation altogether collected 60 cases ,the 60 patients were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group 30 cases oral fu yan qing prescription and the control group 30 cases oral jin gang teng capsule. Symptoms and physical signs of each group were obsearved before and after treatment. type-B ultrasonic, Meanwhile blood rheology were measured.Results1 The total effective rate:the treatment group and the control group were 96.67%,83.3%,there was significant difference between the two group (P <0.05).2 The total effective rate of the syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine:the treatment group were 96.67%,the control group were 83.3%, there was significant difference between the two group(P <0.05).3 Partial signs of efficacy: the total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group, 66.7% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).4 Ease pelvic pain curative effect: the treatment group was better than control group Significant efficiency respectively 90%, 43.3% ,there was significant difference between the two group(P <0.05).5 Two groups of patients B-sonography effusion curative effect after treatment were significantly different (P <0.05).6 The indexes of blood rheology: there was significant difference between the treatment group and the control group(P <0.05).Especially in the lower high cutting, low cut whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, the red blood cell aggregation index was better than control group(P <0.01).Conclusions The fu yan qing prescription has the effect of clearing heat, invigorating the spleen, remove dampness through diuresis and promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis analgesic, can improve patients' clinical symptoms and partial signs, effectively relieve pelvic pain, promote pelvic blood circulation, reduce blood viscosity, it is an effective prescription for treating damp heat and blood Stasis of chronic pelvic inflammatory.
