Risk Analysis And Control Of X Ray Examination In Health Examination

X-ray examination technology is gradually playing an increasingly role in the physical examination field,however,the painless nature of X-ray examination often makes people ignore the damage of radiation.At present,less of scientific and systematic are the problems exist in reality commonly in the process of X-ray health examination,which result in low quality and low inefficiency in physical examination.The study about theory of project management in X-ray health examination is helpful to highlight the purpose,improve the quality and efficiency in X-ray health examination;strengthen the synergy ability in personnel at all levels,and ultimately optimize the results,save the funds and improve the effectiveness of X-ray health examination.This paper mainly based on project management,researches the X-ray health examination.It is hoped that on the basic of analyzing the existing problems and causes of X-ray health examination,the project management theory can be used to seek the scientific and systematic work-flow and control means.The paper constructs a X-ray health examination model based on project management,takes some retired workers as an example to study the five processes of X-ray health examination project,and determines the organizational structure,task division,safety management,quality management and progress control of X-ray health examination project.In the same time,the paper puts forwards a optimum scheme through synthesized the economic factors and irradiation dose.In order to verify this project,I have being carried on experiment to some university freshmen in DR physical examination and followed up the results.The theoretical results show the economical efficiency,the applicability and the feasibility in X-ray physical examination.
