Research On Project Risk Management Of Fundamental Health Structure Information System

With the development of society and economy,people's living standard is improving rapidly,along with people's life style,the main disease type,disease file and the structure of reason of death is also changing people's medical requirement has changed from singularity to diversity medical and health policies,health management and medical technology are also making efforts to adapt the change.Of the downward extension of the service resources,the upward integration of information resources,piece integration,information sharing business developing trend,the fundamental purpose is to realize the sharing of medical resources,information and service,which makes people go to the hospital,cure the illness and afford the expenses of curing illness.Therefore,based on the change of the above health industries,it is necessary to integrate medical and health information and make it better to serve government and all the people in the country.After introducing the meaning of research,this thesis has illustrated on the available research results from two aspects.Then,it summarizes on some relative concepts and methods of IT project risk management,introduces on the project of fundamental health care information system construction and classifies the steps according to IT project all life cycle theory.After that,the thesis has done risk identification towards the starting,planning,executing and finalizing of the similar project by the method of the Delphi risk management.The thesis is also done qualitative evaluation and detailed analysis towards the risk of every step for this kind of project.Finally,it has explained about the risk solution of this kind of project,and put forward relative strategies towards the risk control of every step according to actual practice.The thesis has done risk identification and evaluation of this kind of project and sorts the orders of risk according to the result of risk evaluation.Aimed at these risk factors and combined with actual application,important risk that should paid attention to and strategies of risk solution have all come out.Thus offer referential risk management thinking and methods.
