Objective To evaluate the value of care HPV detection in cervical cancer screening, and to analyze the current situation of care HPV screening and VIA/VILI shunt in cervical cancer screening in Dalat Banner,Inner Mongolia. Methods 35971 women of appropriate age(35-64 years old)in Dalat Banner,Inner Mongolia, were screened for cervical cancer by care HPV and VIA/VILI triage in 2016 and 2020.Those with positive triage were recalled for colposcopy.Women with abnormal results of colposcopy were biopsied under colposcopy, and the pathological results were taken as the gold standard. The infection rate of HPV,the referral rate of colposcopy, the detection rate of CIN2+ lesions and the rate of early diagnosis were calculated. Results The average age of the women who participated in the screening was 47.77 ±7.91 years old.The positive rate of care HPV was11.1%(3990/35971),the referral rate of colposcopy was 1.8%(660/35971),the prevalence rate of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions was11.3‰(408/35971),the detection rates of CIN1 and CIN2+ were7.5‰(268/35971)and 3.9‰(140/35971),respectively,and the early diagnosis rate was 92.1%(129/140).onclusion Age,education level, number of pregnancies and family history of female oncology are all risk factors for HPV infection. The screening strategy of care HPV primary screening VIA/VILI shunt helps to reduce the referral rate of colposcopy, save medical resources, improve the detection rate of cervical lesions, and expand the coverage of screening. This strategy is suitable for rural areas with relatively poor resources.
