| Objective:To investigate the impact of cervical cancer radiotherapy clinical and pathological factors. Methods:January 1,1995 to June 30,2009,in Cancer Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, tumors were admitted to a pathological diagnosis, medical records and follow-up data of 1597 cases of completeâ…¡b-IV cervical cancer patients treated with radiotherapy were reviewed research, analysis of onset age, FIGO clinical stage, tumor size, pathological type, histological grade, tumor morphology, treatment, and hemoglobin concentration, total radiation time and tumor local control situation of the impact of radiotherapy on cervical cancer. With Log-rank univariate analysis, using Cox model multivariate analysis. Results:Univariate analysis showed that the effect of radiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical factors:age, clinical stage, pathologic type and degree of differentiation, tumor gross morphology, hemoglobin concentration, and local tumor control situation; multi-factor analysis showed that radiotherapy in patients with advanced cervical independent factors:age, clinical stage, pathologic type, hemoglobin concentration, and local tumor control situation. Conclusiong:Cervical cancer radiotherapy and prognostic factors are interrelated and mutually conditioned on cervical cancer radiotherapy and prognostic factors of the study is a complex and meaningful problems. Objective:To investigate the appropriate cervical cancer screening in Guangxi, the methods and techniques; Methods:Maternal and Child Health in Guangxi Province and medical workers VIA/VILI theoretical training and operational skills assessment; in 2008 in Guangxi in southern Ning Qingxiu 2,009 District, Xixiang Tong and Laibin smelter on a total of 5137 women aged 30-59 and application of epidemiological investigation VIA/VILI screening for cervical cancer, in which the joint smelter in Laibin Pap smear method cervical cancer screening; results:VIA/VILI simple, easy to master, check low cost; Guangxi Nanning area women for early detection and treatment of cancer knowledge and The awareness of cervical cancer prevention knowledge are low, and the need to enhance the knowledge of the missionary work of cancer prevention.Conclusiong:VIA/VILI screening for cervical cancer cytology have not not yet established a basic hospital system has good prospects. |
