Study On Medical Literature Of "Song History"

Objective: "Song History" is the largest official history book in the twenty-four history.It was edited by the prime minister Tuotuo and Alutu in the Yuan Dynasty,and it took more than 2 years to complete.The book includes 47 volumes of this period,162 volumes of chronicles,32 volumes of tables,and 255 volumes of biographies,with a total of 496 volumes and approximately 5 million words."Song History" records the complete historical background of the Song Dynasty and systematically and comprehensively reflects the political,economic,military,cultural,social,medical and health conditions of the Song Dynasty.It is rich in content and extremely valuable in historical materials.It is the most basic study of the Song Dynasty.Historical data.This study sorted out the contents of medical literature contained in "Song History",including four aspects: physicians,medical books,medicinal materials,and diseases.This collation fills in the gaps in medical research in the Song Dynasty from the perspective of non-medical literature.By comparing the medical historical materials in "Song History" and other historical books,the authenticity and related information of the medical historical materials in "Song History" are explored,and it is helpful to supplement the faults and mutual evidence.Song Dynasty medical historical materials and research on Song Dynasty medicine have important academic value and philological significance.Methods: Using bibliography and historical literature methods,through electronic retrieval and book reading,review,extract,classify,analyze and summarize the medical content contained in "Song History" one by one.Based on previous research results,from doctors and medical books The medical content of "Song History" has been systematically sorted out and studied in four aspects including,medicinal materials and epidemic diseases.Result: This study sorted out the five parts of "History of the Song Dynasty",including "Biographies","Yiwenzhi","Geography","Five Elements" and "Benji",in which the medical content of "Song History" is relatively concentrated.In the investigation,the original historical materials consisted of 332 volumes,about 2.65 million words,sorted out 50 medical figures,sorted out 151 kinds of native medicinal materials,reviewed 508 medical book catalogs,and summarized 68 epidemics.Conclusion: 1 This study conducted a systematic study on the medical divisions,disease diagnosis and treatment,health care,and medical officer management of the25 physicians included in the Biography of Fang Ji;sorted out 25 medical figures in other biographies,and sorted out their medical deeds;Sorted out 125 medical writers of Song Dynasty in "Yiwenzhi".The systematic arrangement of doctors clarified the basic situation of the Song Dynasty doctors group,and enriched the Song Dynasty medical historical materials from the perspective of non-medical literature.2 The bibliography of 508 medical books in "Yiwenzhi" was systematically compared,and its storage and lost status and bibliographic content were verified.After investigation,among the 508 medical books,only 49 have been circulated so far and can be consulted;some are scattered,and 15 have been compiled;331 lost and 113 are unclear;among the authors of the textual research 63 mistakes,23 mistakes in the title,8 mistakes in the number of volumes.In addition,the bibliography of medical books contained in the "Others" of "Art and Literature" has been sorted out: 1 in the "Biography" category,1 in the "Criminal Law" category,7 in the "Taoist category",and 1 in the "Taoist Annotated Family" category.Departments,74 of "Taoist Attached to Immortals",4 of "Farm Family",2of "Five Elements",8 of "Arts",a total of 98.The medical books contained in "Song Zhi" reflect to a certain extent the medical books collection,medical information and medical development level of the Song Dynasty,and are of great significance for understanding the spread and changes of medical books in the Song Dynasty and before.3 The survey of the general situation and geographical distribution of 262 local tribute medicinal materials contributed by 156 second-level administrative regions in No.24 of "Geography" was carried out.After investigation,the medicinal materials contained in "Song History" include a total of 151 medicinal materials of plants,animals,and minerals.The author made statistics on the frequency of various medicinal materials and drew the geographical distribution map of the types and times of medicinal materials.In addition,"Benji" and "Biography" also record 61 local,personal and foreign tribute medicinal materials.The medicinal materials are rich in variety and large in quantity.The detailed records of the names and origins of medicinal materials reflect the geographical distribution of medicinal materials in the Song Dynasty and abroad.It is not only of great significance to the study of the distribution of authentic medicinal materials in our country,but also the medicine characteristics and demand for medicinal materials of physicians in the Song Dynasty.4 Conduct a comprehensive study on the time,location,cause and prevention measures of the 68 epidemics contained in the "Book of Records" and "The Five Elements".After investigation,there were 24 times in the Northern Song Dynasty and42 times in the Southern Song Dynasty,with more cases in the Southern Song Dynasty.The incidence season is obviously more in spring and summer than in autumn and winter.The outbreak of the disease often takes Kaifeng Mansion and Liangzhe Road as the hardest hit areas,and gradually spread to the surrounding areas.The Song Dynasty government and local officials actively treated them,such as establishing isolation,diagnosis and treatment facilities,and imposing a variety of pension policies,which achieved good results.
