Study On Related Chinese Medicine Literature During The Ming And Qing Dynasties

Objective:Based on the study of ancient Chinese medicine literature,to explore the name of Chinese medicine for the ovum blighted and to confirm the diagnosis of TCM.Through the research of TCM literature in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,preliminarily sorted out the relevant prescriptions and treatment of the ovum blighted in the Chinese medicine literature in Ming and Qing Dynasties,and then record the name of the document.Study on the universality of the prescription for the treatment of the ovum blighted by using the partial order structure of object,and from the literatures to explore a wide range of documents.To analyze the compatibility rules of Chinese herbal medicines for the treatment of the ovum blighted by using the partial order structure diagram,and provides a reference for future research and clinical research.Method:By searching the fifth edition of Chinese Medical Classics,and combined with the History of Academic Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine,to retrieve literatures on pre—pregnancy or pregnancy,then to determine the name of Chinese medicine for the ovum blighted.According to the Modern Edition of Ancient Chinese Medicine Catalogue to select literatures belonging to the Ming and Qing Dynasties.Then retrieve the contents that related to fetal wilting,fetal leakage,fetal irritability,abdominal pain in pregnancy and fetal death.The name of the prescription and the corresponding document were organized into table,and so were the prescriptions of above diseases.The corresponding data are analyzed by partial order structure graph.Results:Through the first part of the literature research and the second part of the data analysis,the following results are obtained.1、By the first part of the document analysis,the diseases corresponding for the ovum blighted are fetal wilting,fetal leakage,fetal irritability,abdominal pain in pregnancy and fetal death in the Gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine.2、Observation of object partial ordering structure graph shows that the formation of the largest cluster node is Pujifang,followed by Nvkezhengzhizhunsheng,Jiyingangmu,Fukeyuchi,Jinguiqiyao,Taichanxinfa,Tongyuanyishu;the largest branch of the node is Foshousan,followed by Suoshasan,Buzhongyiqitang,Yinzhujiu,Pingwesanjiapuxiao,Bazhentang,Xiangguisan,Xiongguijiaoaitang,Jiaoaitang2.3.Observation of attribute partial ordering structure graph of fetal wilting shows that the main treatment is baizhu,gancao,renshen,danggui,fuling,chuanxiong,and there is a close relationship between each drug.All of the prescriptions for treatment of fetal wilt were clustered into three clusters of baizhu,gancao,danggui.4.From the observation of attribute partial ordering structure graph of fetal leakage and fetal irritability,we can see that during the treatment of fetal leakage and fetal irritability prescriptions,the main drugs are danggui,chuanxiong,gancao,ejioa,baizhu,shaoyao,shudihuang,renshen,huangqin,aiye,and there is a close relationship between each drug.All of the prescriptions for treatment of fetal leakage and fetal irritability were clustered into the clusters of danggui,chuanxiong,gancao,ejiao,baizhu,shaoyao,shudihaung,renshen,huangqin,aiye,shengjiang,sharen,chenpi,dazao,shengdihuang,wine,congbai,yanhusuo,zhimu.5、Observation of attribute partial ordering structure graph of abdominal pain in pregnancy shows that the main drugs are danggui,chuanxiong,gancao,shaoyao,ejiao,baizhu,shudihuang,and there is a close relationship between each drug.All of the prescriptions for treatment of abdominal pain in pregnancy were clustered into the clusters of danggui,chuanxiong,gancao,shaoyao,ejiao,baizhu,shudihuang,renshen,aiye,dazao,wine,xaingfu.6、Observation of attribute partial ordering structure graph of fetal death shows that the main drugs are danggui,wine,rougui,chuanxiong,and there is a close relationship between each drug.All of the prescriptions for treatment of fetal death were clustered into the clusters of danggui,wine,rougui,chuanxiong,shaoyao,gancao,chenpi,ganjiang,muxiang,aiye,ejiao,congbai.Conclusions:Through analysis,we can draw the following conclusions.1、Through the analysis of the use of document object partial order structure,Pujifang,Nvkezhengzh izhuns h eng,Jinyingangm u,Fukeyuchi,Jinguiqiyao,Taichanxinfa and Tongyuanyishu cover a wide range of prescriptions.There are many records of the treatment of pregnancy diseases,as well as these documents have a historical significance can not be ignored.So for key to analyse and summarize the treatment prescriptions of pregnancy disease in these literatures,this is not only a summary of the characteristics of Obstetrics and gynaecology of the Ming and Qing Dynasties,but also providing ideas for the diagnosis and treatment and prevention of ovum blighted in the modern clinical.2、Foshousan,Suoshasan,Buzhongyiqitang,Yinzhujiu,Bazhentang,Xiongguijiaoaitang,Jiaoaitang2(ejiao,aiye)are relatively high in the collected literatures,also can explain the above prescriptions with reliable efficacy in the treatment of fetal wilting,fetal leakage,fetal irritability,abdominal pain in pregnancy.Foshousan,pingweisanjiapoxiao,xiangguisan are also relatively high in the collected literatures,also can explain the above prescriptions with reliable efficacy in the treatment of fetal death.All of the above are worthy of clinical use in the treatment of ovum blighted,and verify their curative effect.3、The main treatment of fetal wilt especially pay attention to nourishing blood and invigorating spleen and stomach.The main treatment of fetal leakage and fetal irritability especially pay attention to regulating Qi and nourishing blood,invigorating the spleen and nourishing the fetus,clearing away heat and tocolysis.The main treatment of abdominal pain in pregnancy especially pay attention to nourishing kidney essence,nourishing and activating blood.The main treatment of fetal death is abortion,at the same time pay attention to nourishing qi and blood in fetal maternal,and activating blood circulation to remove blood stasis.4、The main drugs of treatment of fetal wilting,fetal leakage,fetal irritability,abdominal pain in pregnancy and fetal death are danggui and chuanxiong,they are the composition of foshousan,so it is suggested that foshousan should be used for clinical prevention and treatment of ovum blighted.The treatments of fetal wilting,fetal leakage,fetal irritability,abdominal pain in pregnancy are emphasis on the spleen and stomach,so it is suggested that the prevention and treatment of spleen and stomach to ovum blighted.
