| Objective:To analyze the therapeutic effect of high-frequency transcranial magnetic stimulation on the symptoms of schizophrenia and the effect of cognitive function. Methods: According to the random number table,64 patients included in the evaluation were randomly divided into study group(true stimulation group)and control group(sham stimulation group),and were given rTMS stimulation five days a week,20 minutes each time, for one month. At the end of the treatment period and the end of the follow-up period, the scores of The Positive and Negative Symptom Scale(PANSS)and The Repeatable Battery for the Assessment of Neuropsychological Status(RBANS)were measured.Results:1.During the treatment period, the positive symptom scale score and the total PANSS score of the study group decreased at the end of the first month(P<0.05),while the PANSS total score of the control group did not change significantly compared with the baseline period(P>0.05).2.During the follow-up period, the general psychiatric scale score and PANSS total score of the study group at the end of the fourth month were lower than before(P<0.05),while the positive symptom score and negative symptom score did not change significantly; The total score of PANSS did not change significantly compared with the baseline period(P>0.05).3.There was no significant improvement in the sub-scores of the RBANS scale in the rTMS treatment group, and the total score of RBANS increased, but there was no significant difference compared with the total score of RBANS in the pseudo-stimulation group(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.On the basis of the same type and dose of the original antipsychotic drugs, the rTMS with 10 Hz and 110%MT selected in the left DLPFC site for 4 consecutive weeks,5 times a week, can have a certain effect on the positive symptoms of schizophrenia patients.2.High-frequency rTMS treatment is not effective in improving patients’ negative symptoms.Higher stimulation frequency, treatment period or better evaluation tools may be required.3.The synergistic effect of high-frequency rTMS in the treatment of cognitive function in patients with schizophrenia is not obvious. |
