Analysis Of Curative Effect Of High Frequency Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation In The Treatment Of Schizophrenia Negative

Objective: The effect of high frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation(rTMS)on schizophrenia negative symptoms and its influencing factors were analyzed.Methods:The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)about the negative symptoms of schizophrenia treated with rTMS from January 1997 to December 2016 were searched in The Pubmed,Embase,Cochrane Library,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP.Measurements included Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)and Scale for the Assessment of Negative Symptoms(SANS)clinical symptom.Literature screening,data extraction and methodological quality assessment were conducted by two independent investigators,and meta-analysis with RevMan 5.3 software.Result:1 16 RCT studies met the inclusion criteria and grouped 924 patients.Among them,487 patients were stimulated,437 were pseudo-stimulated group.2 Compared with the true stimulus group and the pseudo-stimulated score,the MD value of the PANSS-N group was-1.39(-2.37 to-0.42),the difference was statistically significant(Z = 2.80,P = 0.005).When SANS was used as the evaluation index,the MD values between the two groups were found to be-8.65(-13.11 to-4.18),with statistically significant differences(Z = 3.80,P = 0.001).3 The results of rTMS showed that MD was:-2.00,95% CI:-2.92 to-1.08,the difference was statistically significant(Z = 4.27,P <0.00001)when the course of the course was less than 8 years.4 At the stimulus threshold,110% of the stimulus thresholds showed MD values:-13.60,95% CI:-17.08 to-10.12,the difference was statistically significant(Z = 7.67,P <0.00001).5 In the course of treatment,whether SANS or PANSS assessment,4 weeks of treatment were better than other treatment results,the results were MD value:-12.90,95% CI:-17.30 to-8.51,Z = 5.76,P < 0.00001 and MD values:-2.06,95% CI:-2.99 to-1.12,Z = 4.32,P <0.0001.6 In the race,the PANSS-N values of the Chinese population were 1.86(95% CI:-2.71 to-1.02),respectively(P = 0.002).The difference was statistically significant(Z = 4.32,P <0.00001).Conclusions:High frequency r TMS is effective for schizophrenia negative symptoms,the shorter the duration of the disease,the better the rTMS treatment.For schizophrenia-negative symptoms,110% of the stimulus threshold for the best stimulation threshold,treatment for at least 4 weeks.Compared with the foreign population,the Chinese population is more sensitive to r TMS.
