Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with Simotang oral liquid in the treatment of postoperative constipation after anal fissure through clinical controlled experiments,and to objectively evaluate the improvement of patients’ constipation symptoms,TCM syndrome scores and quality of life before and after treatment.The comparative analysis is statistical significance,and its therapeutic effects are discussed from the perspective of traditional Chinese acupuncture and moxibustion medicine and modern research mechanisms,laying a solid theoretical foundati on for clinical promotion and application.Methods: The selected cases came from 60 patients with postoperative constipation after anal fissure who were hospitalized in the anorectal ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Tradi tional Chinese Medicine.The enrollment period was from July 2020 to March 2021.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Patients in both groups were given routine treatment after anal fissure;the treatment group was given acupuncture combined with Simo Decoction oral liquid on the basis of routine treatment,and selected points(bilateral): Tianshu,Zhigou,Zusanli,Hegu,Dachangshu,Shangjuxu,Quchi;the control group was given Simotang oral liquid only;the observation period was 14 days,and the patients’ liver and kidney function,blood routine,electrocardiogram and other safety indicators were checked.All data were processed and analyzed using SPSS21.0 statistical software.Result:1.This experiment is based on the improvement of the symptoms of patients with constipation after anal fissure to determine the efficacy.After14 days of treatment,the constipation symptoms of the two groups of patients were improved compared to before enrollment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group The improvement of constipation’s various symptoms and total scores were better than those of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the curative effect was judged,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.1%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 88.3%.After the rank sum test,It is statistically significant(P<0.05);2.Comparing the TCM syndrome scores,the TCM symptoms of the tw o groups of patients were improved compared to before enrollment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were compared,and the TCM syndrome scores of the treatment group were improved the degree is better than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);3.After treatment,the total scores of the quality of life of the two groups of patients were compared,and both groups had an effect,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);the improvement of the total score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.The basic vital signs of the two groups of patients before and after treatment including(respiration,pulse,blood pressure,body temperature,etc.)were not significantly abnormal.A few patients had a slight increase in body temperature,which is a normal physiological reaction of postoperative heat absorption and does not require special treatment.There were no abnormalities in safety indicators such as liver and kidney function,blood routine,and electrocardiogram.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with Simotang oral liquid therapy is better than the control group in improving the PAC-SYM score,TCM syndrome score and quality of life score of patients with constipation after anal fissure,which has reliable clinical significance.
