Objective:The aim of this study was to observe the clinical efficacy of magnifying needling meridian-sinew knots in stroke patients with spastic knee hyperextension through clinical randomized controlled, and to observe the clinical feasibility of magnifying needling meridian-sinew knots, providing new ideas and treatment methods for clinical improvement of lower limb movement and balance function and improvement of walking ability in patients with knee hyperextension. Methods:The 60 subjects selected in this study were from the Acupuncture and Moxibustion Ward of the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, all of whom were patients with knee hyperextension in stroke spasticity who were selected in strict accordance with the inclusion criteria and relevant requirements.According to the random number table, the patients were divided into treatment group(n = 30)and control group(n = 30).The two groups were given conventional basic treatment and comprehensive rehabilitation treatment in neurology, the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, the treatment group was treated with magnifying puncture at the above and below knee knots, the flexion ankle knots, and the acupoints and operations of lower limb foot, hip body acupuncture, upper limb acupuncture and head acupuncture were the same as the control group. Two weeks(6 consecutive days of acupuncture per week and 1 day of rest)was a course of treatment for 2 consecutive courses, and knee range of motion, length of the "up-and-walk" timing experiment, simplified Fugl-Meyer lower extremity score, and Berg balance scale score were recorded before and after treatment.Statistical analysis of the data was performed using SPSS 25.0software.Results:1.A total of 60 patients participated in this trial,1 dropped out and 1dropped out in the treatment group and 1 dropped out in the control group. The baseline data of patients were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The range of motion of knee joint in the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment. There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P> 0.05).There was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the magnificent needling of meridian-sinew nodes was superior to the conventional acupuncture group in reducing the range of motion of knee joint.3.The "up-and-go" timing test of the two groups of patients after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment, the difference was not statistically significant before treatment(P> 0.05),the difference was statistically significant after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the magnificent needling of meridian-sinew nodes to improve the walking ability of patients with knee hyperextension was superior to the conventional acupuncture group.4.The lower limb motor function scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment compared with those before treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).5.The Berg balance scale scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those before treatment, and there was no significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),but there was significant difference after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that the magnificent needling of meridian-sinew knots was superior to the conventional acupuncture group in improving the balance function of patients with knee hyperextension.Conclusion:1.The conventional acupuncture group is effective in improving knee hyperextension during stroke spasm. And the magnificent needling meridian-sinew node group was superior to the conventional acupuncture group, with a positive effect.2.Magnificent needling of meridian-sinew nodes is superior to conventional acupuncture group in reducing knee motor function score, improving lower limb movement, balance function and improving walking ability in patients with knee hyperextension.
