The Clinical Curative Effect Of Huici Combined With Kinetic Needing On Treating Spastic Paralysis After Stroke

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Huici combined with Kinetic Needling on treating spastic paralysis after stroke, compared with traditional needling, to provide new methods.Method:Sixty patients with spastic paralysis after stroke were randomized into a Huici combined with Kinetic Needling treatment group(treatment group)and a traditional needling treatment group(control group), thirty in each. The two groups both accepted treatment once a day, six times a week, for four weeks. Compare the clinical therapeutic effects of two groups according to the scores of Clinic Spasticity Index, Fugl-Meyer scale,the Barthel index score table and clinical neurological impairment score;And according to the modified Ashworth scale to determine the clinical curative effect.Results:(1) Before treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the general condition of two groups, such as gender, age, disease courses, disease frequency, disease character. (2) Before treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05) between the two groups on the scores of Clinic Spasticity Index, Fugl-Meyer scale, activities of daily living (ADL) with Barthel’s index, and clinical neurological impairment score. (3)Before and after treatment, there was significant difference (P<0.05) in both groups. And there was significant difference (P<0.05) between the treatment group and the control group. (4)The clinical curative effect of treatment group was obviously better than the control group.Conclusion:The two kinds of methods in the treatment of lower limb spatic paralysis after stroke has good curative effect. But the improvement of scores in CSI、Fugl-Meyer、Barthel index and clinical neurological impairment,the treatment group is better than the control group. Huici combined with Kinetic Needling has better curative effect than the control group,deserves the clinical expansion.
