Purpose:Through observation of electro-acupuncture and moxibustion (use electronic moxibustion instrument) with stimulation by meridian sinew nodal point on spastic paralysis apoplexy therapeutic effects of traditional acupuncture points with acupuncture on after apoplexy of spastic paralysis treatment contrast , explore new acupuncture treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke method. Methods:Observation of the subjects of spastic paralysis after stroke, 60 patients. According to the principle of random sampling, will be divided into two groups. Treatment group 16 males and 14 females, aged (60.50±6.85) years, 26 cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage in 4 cases; Control group, 19 males and 11 females, aged (60.40±10.06) years, 25 cases of cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage in 5 cases. Uses the Fugl-Meyer motor function scoring, improving the Barthel index score, neurological impairment score and clinical efficacy as an indicator, stroke spastic paralysis patients muscle tension, motor function, activities of daily living and neurologic conditionsResults:Before the treatment and control groups of patients improved Ashworth spasticity scale, Fugl-Meyer motor score, improved Pap index score, neurological deficit scores between the two groups by the P> 0.05, no significant difference has comparability. After treatment, both groups between the two groups were significantly different (P <0.05). acupuncture meridians nodes of the total effective rate was 90.00%, traditional acupuncture point group, 76.67%, the difference was significant( P﹤0.05),Description of two treatment methods on the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke are valid, But acupuncture meridians nodes total effective than traditional acupuncture points group. Conclusions : Acupuncture meridians node positive and effective therapy to the treatment of spastic paralysis after stroke can reduce the limb spastic paralysis after stroke, muscle tension, can improve the spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with motor function and activities of daily living, can effective reduction of spastic paralysis after stroke in patients with neurologic impairment.
