Research About The Influence On Gallbladder Contraction Function With AcupuncturingYanglingquan Point And Qiuxu Point

Objective:Through observe the immediate effect on gallbladder contraction function to the chronic cholecystitus patient with acupuncturing Yanglingquan Point and Qiuxu Point,in order to testify whether they have special effect between the two points and the gallbladder. Method:Choosing self-comparision method in order to reduce error,34 cases diagnosed as chronic cholecystitus patient were observed, among whom 2 cases had lost, so in fact 32 cases were observed. Specially determines both before and after the acupuncture by identical ultrasound diagnosis doctor about the gallbladder volume,and comparing the gallbladder shrinkage. Results:The gallbladder volume carries on the comparison the acupuncture around,three groups have statistics significance(P<0.05). Regarding to the gallbladder shrinkage,there is no statistics difference between acupuncturing Yanglingquan Point and Qiuxu Point(P>0.05),and is statistics difference between acupuncturing Qiuxu Point and both two point(P<0.05),and is remarkable statistics difference between acupuncturing Yanglingquan Point and both two Point(P<0.01). Conclusion:Acupuncture Yanglingquan point and Qiuxu point all may affect the chronic cholecystitus patient's gallbladder contraction function,and there will be have synergism use them both.
