Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Tinnitus With Liver Fire Disturbing Upward Type By Penetration Needling Method

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of penetration needling method in patients with liver fire disturbing upward type of tinnitus,in order to provide new ideas for acupuncture treatment of this diseaseMethod:Sixty patients with liver fire disturbing upward type of tinnitus were selected and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group of 30 patients.The treatment group was given penetration needling method treatment,and the control group was given conventional acupuncture treatment.Patients in both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week for 4 consecutive weeks.After treatment,observe the tinnitus evaluation questionnaire(TEQ),visual analogue scale(VAS),tinnitus Handicap Inventory(THI),TCM symptom scores and curative effect evaluation indexes of the two groups before and after treatment,and analyze the data using statistical software SPSS 25.0Results:1.Before treatment,the two groups of patients were compared in terms of gender,side,age,and course of disease.The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and baseline data were comparable2.TEQ,VAS,and THI scores were compared between the two groups before and after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05)3.Compared with the total score of tinnitus and syndrome in the TCM symptom score scale,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05)Comparison within the group,before and after treatment in the treatment group,the differences in each individual symptom and total score were statistically significant(P<0.05);in the control group,before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant in terms of tinnitus,dry throat with bitter taste,chest pain,headache/vertigo,yellow-coloured urine and constipation,and total score(P<0.05)4.After treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 83.3%Conclusion:1.After the treatment of liver fire disturbing upward type of tinnitus through penetration needling method and conventional acupuncture,the TEQ score,VAS score,THI score and TCM syndrome score are all improved compared with before treatment2.The clinical effect of penetration needling method of liver fire disturbing upward type of tinnitus is better than conventional acupuncture.
