Study On The Medication Rules Of Professor Xie Jingri In The Treatment Of Primary Bile Reflux Gastritis

Obj ective:To explore the medical records of the patients and summarize the medication rules of Professor Xie Jingri treatment of the primary biliary reflux gastritis.Methods:The medical records of primary biliary reflux gastritis diseases in outpatient department of Professor Xie Jingri from January 2016 to December 2020 were collected,and the medical records were screened according to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The 196 cases of medical records screened into this subject were standardized,and the standardized medical records were transformed into data input database,Microsoft Office Excel 2016 and IBM SPSS modeler 18.0 software were used for frequency analysis and correlation analysis of the data.According to the statistical results,the medication rules of Professor Xie Jingri the treatment of "primary bile reflux gastritis" were summarized.Result:1.Statistics of 196 cases of primary bile reflux gastritis treated by Professor Xie Jingri,including 8 syndrome types;There were 8 syndrome elements,involving 304 times,of which qi deficiency was the most frequent,with 102 times;There were 5 syndrome targets,involving 292 times.Among them,liver target appeared the most frequently,with the frequency of 75 times,followed by stomach and lung,with the frequency of 60 times.2.A total of 154 Chinese herbal medicines were used to treat PBRG,with a total frequency of 3 8 04 times,among which 55 high-frequency Chinese herbal medicines were more than 20 times;There are 28 pairs of commonly used Chinese medicine pairs;12 pairs of common syndrome elements were matched with single drug;There were 6 pairs of commonly used single target and single drug,and 8 pairs of syndrome elements+syndrome target and single drug.Conclusion:1.Professor Xie Jingri believes that the incidence of primary bile reflux gastritis is mainly caused by poor mood,poor diet,external evil stomach,spleen and stomach weakness,insufficient endowment,the basic pathogenesis causes of bile excretion against the stomach,pathological factors often air deficiency,internal heat,internal cold,air depression and internal humidity.2.Professor Xie Jingri treats primary bile reflux gastritis,qi deficiency often uses fried Atractylodes macrocephala,Chen Pei,chicken inner gold;internal heat often uses Coptis chinensis,money grass;internal cold often uses fried Atractylodes macrocephal a,white nutmeg;qi depression often uses Bupleurum and Citron;internal dampness often uses Scutellaria baicalensis and Magnolia officinalis.3.Professor Xie Jingri the treatment of primary bile reflux gastritis commonly used to regulate the liver,spleen and gallbladder to coordinate the viscera,soothe the liver and clear the viscera to reduce turbidity to regulate qi,activating blood circulation to relieve depression to Tongli blood as the basic treatment.
