Professor Jiang Shumin's Research On The Clinical Application Of Bile Reflux Gastritis And Analysis Of Academic Thoughts

Purpose:This study is to explore the drug laws and academic thoughts of Professor Jiang Shumin in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis according to collecting the basis of the medical records of Professor Shumin Jiang in treating BRG and analyzing the medical symptoms and the traditional Chinese medicine information by Excel and SPSS software.Material and method:Collecting the prescription during January 2015 to December2016 which meets the diagnostic criteria of BRG and all of the 75 prescriptions come from patients who were treated by Professor Shumin Jing.We have used statistical methods(frequency analysis,correlation analysis and cluster analysis)to analyze the properties and flavor,channel tropism and efficacy classification of the traditional Chinese medicine which based on the General higher education "11th Five-Year" national planning textbook “Chinese pharmacy”[1]and Advanced series of traditional Chinese Medicine“Chinese pharmacy”[2].And Combined with my teacher's words and deeds to discuss the experience of the treatment of BRG.Results:1.The clinical manifestations of BRG were mostly stomachache,the proportion was 56%;and distention and fullness were followed,the proportion of the two are both 29.33%.2.This study totally collect 75 cases,and there are 70 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine be used.The total drug frequency is 1202 times.According the results of statistical analysis we can find out that the core drug type of Professor Jiang Shumin in the treatment of BRG are:heat-clearing medicinal,damp-draining diuretic,damp-resolving medicinal,phlegm-resolving and antitussive and antiasthmatic medicinal,Qi-regulating medicinal,tonifying medicinal.The order of the properties of the used drugs is:warm(28.57%)?micro cold(22.86%)?cold(18.57%).3.According to the correlation analysis we can find out that the commonly herbal pair of my teacher in treating BRG are:astragali?Bletilla;Rhizoma Corydalis?toosendan;tuckahoe?coix seed;Amomum villosum?amomun;areca?Magnolia officinalis;maticated leaven?Endothelium corneum;Cape jasmine?Fermented Soybean;dried orange peel?Pinellia Tuber;Perilla Seed?caulis bambusae in taenian;ageratum?Perrin;and the three drug combinations is:Lightyellow Sophora Root?dandelion and Fructus Forsythiae.4.According to the cluster analysis,the Herbal medicine about Professor Jiang in treating BRG are clustered into 11 categories,the order is::Lightyellow Sophora Root?dandelion?Fructus Forsythiae;Rhizoma Corydalis?toosendan?tuckahoe?coix seed?radix astragali?Bletilla;Amomum villosum?amomun;maticated leaven?Endothelium corneum?areca?Magnolia officinalis?fructus polygoni orientalis?Fructus Trichosanthis;Perilla Seed?caulis bambusae in taenian?dried orange peel?Pinellia Tuber;ageratum?Perrin;Concha Ostreae;Cape jasmine?Fermented Soybean;radix ampelopsis?Artemisia capillaris;Fritillaria thunbergii;silkworm shit.Conclusion:Basing on the results of Statistical analysis,we scientifically expound and prove the drug laws and academic thoughts of Professor Shumin Jiang in the treatment of bile BRG.Professor Jiang believes that "toxic heat" and "wet turbidity" are the main pathogenic factors of the disease,and “impairment of stomach-QI?mediation out of balance”is the key pathogenesis of this disease.So in treatment,clearing and counteracting the toxic heat?dispelling wet muddy?eliminating necrotic tissues and promoting granulation are the main principle of Professor Jiang.As the same time,retaining solid stomach-QI and balancing middle energizer are running through the treatment.
