Professor Cao Zhiqun's Treatment Of Bile Reflux Gastritis Analysis Of Drug Use

Objective:This study intends to study the clinical application of Professor Cao Zhiqun in the treatment of bile reflux gastritisd and classification of traditional Chinese Medicine,hoping to analysis of its intrinsic drug use law,including the commonly used drugs,medicine,law and prescription drug indication,to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment.Methods:The data from January 2010 to November 2016 of outpatient medical records of Professor Cao Zhiqun in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis,Select 145 cases with the inclusion criteria of this study,145 prescriptions.Dataing mining techniques provided by SPSS Clementine establish the data mini(12)statistical software,association rules Apriori algorithm is used to model and the frequency of drug use and the association rules between drugs and prescription rule,to find correlation analysis between the laws of drugs.Results:Based on the 145 prescription drug analysis,the most commonly used types of drugs for regulating qi,tonifying qi,followed by blood stasis,phlegm and dampness digestion medicine.The frequency of use of traditional Chinese medicine more than 30 times with 23 flavors,including sharen?banxia?danshen ?dangshen?baizhu?zhiqiao?xiangfu?jineijin?baihe?wuyao?haungqi huanglian?yujin and so on.Conclusion:To analyze the prescription of Professor Cao Zhiqun in treating bile reflux gastritis,the result is that on the basis of the flow of Qi,and Qi tonifying drugs to spleen and stomach qi,and to pay attention to the application of blood activating drugs?At the same time,he thinks shighly of compatibility of drugs and phlegm dampness Xiaoshi?The clinical effect is significant,and it has a great value for clinical treatment and medication guidance.
