Objective: Based on the primary bile for TCM clinical typing, endoscopicexamination and rapid urease test to detect whether or not infected with Helicobacterpylori reflux clinical manifestations gastritis, distribution regularity of TCM Syndromes ofprimary bile reflux gastritis, exploration of primary bile reflux gastritis and Helicobacterpylori correlation spiral bacillus infection, Western and traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome differentiation and treatment of rich content, to guide clinical therapybetter. Methods: In accordance with the inclusion of endoscopic examination and rapidurease test standard patients, according to endoscopic findings, all patients were dividedinto reflux group and no reflux group.According to the rapid urease test results, statisticalreflux group and no reflux positive rate of two groups of Helicobacter pylori infection, statistical analysis of bile reflux and correlation of Helicobacter pylori infection.Accordingto the clinical manifestations were divided into liver and stomach, liver and stomach heat, heat resistance, blood stasis, deficiency of the spleen and stomach, stomach yin deficiencytype six, the statistics of clinical TCM syndrome type distribution analysis. Results: Theexperimental group and control group had significant difference(P<0.01),Proof of bilereflux can restrain gastric HP infection and pathogenesis; bile reflux with statisticaldifference degree of infection with HP, shows that with the increase of the severity of bilereflux, further reduce HP infection in gastric mucosa. Conclusion: Bile has someinhibitory effect on HP infection in gastric mucosa, reflux more heavy, HP infection morelight; no significant correlation between different TCM syndrome type and HP infection, the bile reflux gastritis with empirical heat syndrome.
