Research On The Medication Rule Of Professor Zhang Fuli In The Treatment Of Benign Thyroid Nodules Based On Data Mining

Objective:This article used data mining to explore Professor Zhang Fuli’s clinical treatment of benign thyroid nodules using the software system of the Chinese Medicine Inheritance Computing Platform(V3.0).Combining with learning from the teacher and related disease researching,further summarize Professor Zhang Fuli’s dialectical methods and medication experience,so as to realize the inheritance of Professor Zhang Fuli’s medication experience and academic thoughts,better serve the clinic,alleviate or even relieve the suffering of patients.Methods:According to the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria,a total of 121 medical records of patients with benign thyroid nodules treated by Professor Zhang Fuli from June 2017 to June 2020 at The Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were collected,including patient’s name,gender,age,tongue,pulse,and prescription of Chinese medicine for the first visit.Standardizing the obtained information,enter the collected information into the Excel table provided by the platform party after unifying the name,upload it to the TCM inheritance computing platform software system(V3.0),and use the software for statistical analysis,such as frequency analysis,correlation analysis,and K-means cluster analysis.Results:Among 121 patients with benign thyroid nodules,103 were females,accounting for 85.12% of the total patients;18 were males,accounting for 14.88% of the total patients,and the prevalence of females was higher than that of males;patients were concentrated in the age range of 40 to59 Between ages,accounting for 67.77% of all patients.There are 38 drugs with a frequency of drug application higher than 15 times,accounting for91.72% of the frequency of all drugs;the main properties of the drugs are cold and warm drugs,accounting for 76.77% of the total;the five flavors are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,accounting for 86.96% of all medicinal flavors;the meridians of the medicine are mainly 1143 times of the spleen meridian,991 times of the lung meridian,955 times of the stomach meridian,and 939 times of the liver meridian;phlegm-resolving and cough-relieving medicines,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,diuretic and dampening medicines,and rheumatism-relieving medicines are mainly used,accounting for 82.95% of the frequency of use of all the effects.Under the conditions of support of 112 and confidence of 0.99,47 association rules are obtained by association analysis,including 15 association rules for two drugs,23 association rules for three drugs,and 9 association rules for four drugs;K-means gather Class analysis can get 5 cluster combinations,core combination 1:Pinellia,ginger,Fushen,Ophiopogon japonicus,licorice,Morus alba;Core combination 2:Pinellia,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fushen,scutellaria,ginger,licorice;Core combination 3:Ophiopogon,Fushen,Licorice,Fritillaria,Ginger,Pinellia ternata;Core combination 4:Fushen,Licorice,Ginger,Mulberry,Ophiopogon,Atractylodes macrocephala;Core combination 5:Fushen,Pinellia,White peony,licorice,Ophiopogon japonicus,Atractylodes macrocephala.Conclusion:1.Professor Zhang Fuli used a combination of dialectics and dialectics when treating thyroid nodules,and proposed that the basic pathogenesis of this disease was “phlegm dampness stagnation and heat” and eventually developed into “phlegm dampness stagnation” to cause nodules;2.When Professor Zhang Fuli treats thyroid nodules,the medicinal properties are mainly cold and warm,and the medicinal tastes are mainly sweet,bitter,and pungent.The drugs mostly return to the spleen,lung,stomach,liver,and heart meridian;3.When Professor Zhang Fuli treats thyroid nodules,the main medicines used are tonic drugs,anti-epidermic drugs,heat-clearing drugs,phlegm and cough and asthma drugs,blood circulation and blood stasis drugs,diuresis and dampness drugs,and rheumatism drugs.The core drugs are:Pinellia,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fushen,Licorice,Morus sylvestris,Ginger;4.In the treatment,the main treatment methods are to remove dampness and expectorant,and to clear the qi,and be accompanied by the method of clearing heat and dispelling congestion,removing blood stasis and dredging collaterals,and promoting qi and dissipating accumulation method.Professor Zhang Fuli always pays attention to “the method of removing dampness and phlegm” and “the method of dredging collaterals and blood stasis” in the process of formulating prescriptions for the treatment of thyroid nodules.
