Objective:Probeing the clinical results by compare thyroid endoscopic surgery and conventional surgery for Thyroid nodules (liver qi depression and phlegm stasis) to provide reference for clinical. Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria, patients were randomly selected from The Second TCM Hospital of Guangdong Province in January 2014-January 2016 and randomly selecting 30 patients who were experienced the thyroid endoscopic surgery, while 30 patients were randomly selected row of conventional surgery. Compare the two groups of patients with operative time, incision length, blood loss, Postoperative drainage, postoperative hospital stay, wound healing time, postoperative pain scores, complications, Postoperative satisfaction.Underwent statistical analysis to establish a database for comparison. Results:(一) The operation time of the Laparoscopic surgery group was 129.5± 19.6min, the operation time of the conventional surgery group was 64.8± 11.4min.Comparing two sets of data, we can see that the operation time of the Laparoscopic surgery group was longer than the conventional surgery group. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)(二) The incision length of the Laparoscopic surgery group was 2.3± 0.2cm, the incision length of the conventional surgery group was 4.9±0.8cm。 Comparing two sets of data,we can see that the incision length of the Laparoscopic surgery group was longer than the conventional surgery group. The difference is statistically significant(P<0.05)(三) The blood loss of the Laparoscopic surgery group was 14.8±3.8ml, the blood loss of the conventional surgery group was 36.8±6.9ml。 Comparing two sets of data, we can see that the blood loss of the Laparoscopic surgery group was biger than the conventional surgery group. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05)(四) The Postoperative drainage of the Laparoscopic surgery group was 102.2±24.3ml, the Postoperative drainage of the conventional surgery group was 81.7±12.7ml。The two sets of results there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05)(五) The postoperative hospital stay was 3.2±0.6 day, the postoperative hospital stay of the conventional surgery group was 6.7±0.6day。The two sets of results there is significant difference (P<0.05)(六) The wound healing time was 3.7±0.8 day, the wound healing time of the conventional surgery group was7.0±1.3 day。, The two sets of results there is significant difference (P<0.05)(七) The postoperative pain scores of the Laparoscopic surgery group was 3.4±0.7, the postoperative pain scores of the conventional surgery group was 5.3±0.9。 Comparing two sets of data,we can see that the postoperative pain scoresof the Laparoscopic surgery group was less than the conventional surgery group. The difference is statistically significant (P<0.05)(八) The number of complications in the Laparoscopic surgery group was 3, the number of complications in the conventional surgery group was 4。, The two sets of results there is no significant difference (P> 0.05)(九) The Postoperative satisfaction of the Laparoscopic surgery group was 90%, the Postoperative satisfaction of the conventional surgery group was 26.7%。 Comparing two sets of data,we can see that the Postoperative satisfaction of the Laparoscopic surgery group was higher than the conventional surgery group. The difference is statistically significant(P< 0.05)Conclusion:For the surgical treatment of thyroid nodules (liver qi depression and phlegm stasis), thyroid endoscopic surgery although time-consuming than traditional thyroid surgery, but it has a small incision length, less blood loss, postoperative pain, etc. And by laparoscopic thyroidectomy achieve Xingru neck incision, minimally invasive and achieve cosmetic results, its higher patient satisfaction.
