| Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the diseaseThe pulse wave velocity(PWV)was measured by ultra fast pulse wave velocity(ufpwv)imaging technology.The correlation between the elasticity of carotid artery and TCM syndrome was discussed,which provided a new noninvasive diagnosis approach for early prediction of atherosclerosis and syndrome differentiation.Method:The essential hypertention(EH)patients who have been treated in our hospital from March 16,2018 to June 23,2019 were selected.The patients in the hypertension group were selected to meet the criteria of 1-2 hypertension and IMT < 1.0mm.104 patients(208 carotid arteries)were qualified for this condition.The normal group selected 57 healthy physical examination population in the center of self hospital treatment without disease.The ultrasonic Doppler diagnostic instrument of French acoustic department was used.The built-in ultrafast imaging technology can measure the early systolic pulse wave velocity(pwvbs)and the end systolic pulse wave velocity(pwves)of patients.The laboratory parameters such as neutrophil Lymphacyte ratio(NLR),cholesterol(Chol),low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)were measured.The patients in the hypertension group were divided into four types according to the guidelines of clinical research on new Chinese medicine,including hyperactivity of liver,deficiency of Qi and Yin,dampness of phlegm and hyperactivity of yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity.The differences between the syndrome types of hypertension group and normal group were compared.All data were spss20.0 statistical software,and the difference was statistically significant with P<0.05.Result:1.the comparison of SBP and DBP between normal group and eh group.SBP and DBP in EH group were significantly higher than those in normal group(P<0.01)2.comparison of BS,ES and IMT between normal group and eh group.Compared with the normal group,the rates of IMT,BS and es in EH group were higher than those in normal group(P<0.05),and IMT had no statistical significance(P>0.05)3.comparison of blood lipid level and NLR level between normal group and eh groupCompared with the normal group,LDL-C,LDL-C,TG and HDL-C were higher in EH group than in normal group(P<0.05),NLR and Chol were significantly higher than that of normal group(P<0.01),TG and HDL-C were not statistically significant(P>0.05)4.Comparison of BS,ES,NLR,CHOL,LDL-C of each TCM syndrome type between normal group and eh groupIn 104 cases of hypertension,17 cases of hyperactivity of liver fire,44 cases of deficiency of both qi and Yin,29 cases of phlegm and blood stasis and 14 cases of hyperactivity of Yang due to yin deficiency.The level of ES in hyperactivity of liver fire,deficiency of both qi and Yin and hyperactivity of phlegm was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05).The level of chol and BS in hyperactivity of both qi and yin deficiency was higher than that in normal group(P<0.05)The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).NLR in the four types of syndrome was higher than that in the normal group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).LDL-C in Qi Yin deficiency syndrome and Phlegm Blood Stasis Syndrome was higher than that in the normal group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance among the other groups(P>0.05).ConclusionPwves can reflect the changes of elasticity of hypertension artery in early,simple and accurate manner,and the risk of atherosclerosis is greater in patients with deficiency of Qi and Yin. |
