Objective:C omparative observation of the effect of fire needle combined with acupuncture on female stress urinary inco ntinence,provides a simpler and more feasible treatment for fe male stress urinary incontinence.Methods:Thi s study for female stress urinary incontinence patients as the research object,a total of 60 cases,diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria requirements consistent with the disease,using SPSS software to 60 patients divided into two groups,the average falling in to the treatment and the control group,30 cases in each group.The treatment group with fire needle prick in Ciliao(bilateral),Z hongliao(bilateral)and Huiyang(bilateral),combined with filiform needle acupuncture Zhongji,Qihai,Shenshu(bilateral),Pangguangshu(bilateral),Sanyinjiao(bilater al),Foot motor sensory area.The control group received filiform needle acupuncture at the Ciliao(bilateral),Zhongliao(bilateral),Huiy ang(bi 1 ateral),Zhongj i,Qihai,Shenshu(bilateral),Pangguangshu(bilateral),Sanyinjiao(bilateral),Foot motor sensory area.The fil iform needle acupuncture and fire acupuncture on Ciliao,Zhong Liao,and Huiyang were given every other day,2 days off per week(three times a week);The other point,two groups of filifo rm needle acupuncture are 1 times a day,30 minutes each time,weekly rest is 1 day and 7 days is one course of treatment,tota ling 4 courses of treatment.Ob serve the ICI-Q-SF score,1-hour pad test and urinary incontinence severity before and after treat ment for two groups of patients,through statistical analysis,to de termine whether this study is helpful for future clinical applicat ions.Results:A total of 60 patients were included,the number of completed cases was 59,in the control group,1 case was lost.Compared two groups of age and course of the disease,P>0.05,there was no statistical difference between comparable;Compari son of urine leakage between the two groups,both groups were compared before and after treatment,both P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant;Comparison between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically sign lficant;After treatment,the two groups were compared,P<0.05,it has statistical significance;Compari son of the scores of ICI-Q-SF between the two groups,both groups were compared before and after treatment,both P<0.01,the difference was statistically significant;Comparison between the two groups before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;After trea tment,the two groups were compared,P<0.05,it has statistical significance.The severity was compared before treatment,P>0.05,the difference was not statistically significant;after treatment,P<0.05,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:1.Fire needle therapy and ordinary acupunct ure therapy have certain curative effect on female stress inconti nence.2.The combined treatment of fire acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture has better efficacy than ordinary acupuncture in red ucing urine leakage,reducing ICI-Q-SF score,and reducing the severity of the disease.
