The Clinical Research Of Huanglian Jiedu Pill On Treating 〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞Syndrome

ObjectiveThe preliminary exploration of effectiveness and safety about Huanglian Jiedu pill on treating〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞syndrome,observing the improvement of integrals about Huanglian Jiedu pill on treating TCM syndrome and single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine.To provide reliable basis for subsequent clinical application of Huanglian Jiedu pill on treating〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞syndrome.MethodsThe research objects who are with oral ulcer,acute pharyngitis and gingivitis that they are asked to satisfy the〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞syndrome,and they are selected from otolaryngology and digestive department outpatient service of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and lung disease outpatient service of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.According with diagnostic criteria about〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞syndrome,there are 116 participants included in the research.According to generate SAS9.4statistical software analysis system of the subjects of random treatment allocation,including 58 cases with experimental group,58 cases with placebo group,patients from experimental group are gived Huanglian Jiedu pill,patients from the placebo group are gived Huanglian Jiedu simulation agent,2 bags at a time,2 times a day,the medication cycle are five days.Before and after the treatment,observing the improvement of integrals about Huanglian Jiedu pill on treating TCM syndrome and single symptom of traditional Chinese medicine,and the safety of the drug during the test.Preliminarily exploring the efficacy and safety of Huanglian Jiedu pill on treating〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞syndrome.Using SPSS26.0 statistical software analysis the data.Results1 Comparison of baseline data:Before the treatment,the baseline data of two groups,such as,gender,age,past medical history,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).2 Comparison the curative effect about total integrals of TCM syndrome:Before the treatment,the TCM syndrome total integrals in the two groups,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,both the TCM syndrome total integrals in the two groups are improved,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the improvement rate in experimental group is 53.45%,the improvement rate in placebo group is 32.76%,the curative effect difference is statistically significant in the two groups,syndrome integrals of experimental group is improved obviously(P<0.05).3 Comparison of single symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine:Before the treatment,the single symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine in the two groups,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After the treatment,both the single symptom integral of traditional Chinese Medicine in the two groups is improved,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),the dry moss symptom in the placebo group is not improved,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).On improving the sore throats symptom,nose and mouth heat symptom,brown urine symptom,dry bound stool symptom,dry moss symptom,the curative effect in experimental group is superior(P<0.05).On improving the red face and eyes symptom,red hot pain symptom,mouth sores symptom,red tongue and yellow moss symptom,there is no statistically significant difference in the two groups(P>0.05).4 Safety analysis:The incidence of adverse events of experimental group is18.97%,placebo group is 18.97%,χ~2=0.000,P=1.000,there is no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,comparing with before treatment,the vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,liver and kidney function examination,ECG examination,there is no abnormal change.Conclusion1 Huanglian Jiedu pill can effectively improve the patients’〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞syndrome.2 Treatment group has obvious advantages in improving the sore throats symptom,nose and mouth heat symptom,brown urine symptom,dry bound stool symptom and dry moss symptom.3 The security of Huanglian Jiedu pill on treating〝Shi-Re-Huo-Du〞syndrome is good.
