Clinical Observation Of Bushen Huoxue Formula On CKD3a Stage With Syndrome Of Pishen Qixu And Xueyu And Impact On Anxiety State

Objective: The purpose of this topic is to explore clinical observation of Bushen Huo xue Formula on CKD3 a Stage with Syndrome of Pishen Qixu and Xueyu and influence on the state of anxiety.As a result,we can provide theory and evidence for clini-cal treatment of CKD,delay its progress,and make patients who has kidney disease feel much better.Methods: The patients who received therapy in the Department of Nephropathy,affiliated Hospital of Tianjin Institute of traditional Chinese Medicine and reach the standard of CKD3 a will be selected.The study will use random number table method andseparate samples to two groups,i.e.,controlled and experiment group.There are 40 people in each group.Because of shedding and elimination,38 patients are in consideration in experiment group.And these 38 people will accept Niaoduqing Granules based on normal therapy.While the other group will accept addition and subtraction of Shenshuaifang based on Western medicine therapy.Monitor Scr,Urea,UA,CysC,24h-U-Pr,24 hU-Cr,and calculate eGFR at zeroth,fourth,eighth,twelfth week before taking any pills.Monitor AST,ALT,GGT,collect TCM syndrome data,record anxiety sel-frating rate and adverse reactions in the whole samples at zeroth,twelfth week.We can analysis these data with the help of SPSS software.Results:1.Laboratory indicators: There is less statistically impact on comparing controlled group with experimental group before accepting any therapy(P>0.05).Twelve weeks past,all the patients accepted therapy,there is important statistically influence in comparing Scr,Urea,UA,CysC,24 hU-Pr,24 hU-Cr,eGFR in the range of controlled and experi-mental groups(P<0.05).While there is less statistically impact on comparing ALT,AST,and GGT within or between groups before or after treatment(P>0.05).2.The curative effect of TCM syndromes: The effective ratio is 82.5% in the experimental group.While the effective rate is 52.6% in the controlled group.3.Anxiety self-rating table: Compare the score before taking any therapy within two groups P>0.05,the difference has no statistically meaning.Compare the treatment group before and after treatment,P<0.05,the difference is statistically meaning.Compare the base group before and after the treatment,P>0.05,the difference has no statistically meaning.4.The curatives effect of clinical therapy: There are total 78 patients who participate in this study.The effective rate is 75%,and the treatment contains 30 samples.While the effective rate is 42.1%,and there are 16 samples in the experimental group.Conclusion:1.Use "Shen Xu Xue Yu Theory" and "Bu Shen Huo Xue Formula" to create Shenshuaifang addition and subtraction treatment.This treatment can cure CKD3 a Stage with Syndrome of Pishen Qixu and can also improve the clinical symptoms of patients.The result is better than the base group.2.After taking twelve weeks therapy,it is helpful to reduce Scr,Urea,CysC and increase24 hU-Cr,eGFR in these two groups.It shows that it has unique advantages in curing CKD3 a Stage with Syndrome of Pishen Qixu patients with the treatment of "Shen shuai addition and subtraction" based on "Shenxu Xueyu Theory" and the "Bu shen Huo xue Formula".3.The difference in anxiety self-rating table within two groups: There is little positive influence on anxiety patients in base group,while it can cure anxiety state of patient in treatment group.It shows that Bushen Huoxue Formula has a therapeutic effect on anxiety patients,and proves that the treating different diseases together.4.There are few adverse reactions in patients before and after treatment.It is very similar in liver function ALT,AST,GGT,suggesting that liver function is normal.It is safe and useful to treat CKD3 a Stage with Syndrome of Pishen Qixu with Bushen Huoxue Formula.
