| Objective:By observing the objective index of quantifiable and classic spuc drug Zi Shen Yu Tai Wan as reference,the evaluation experience of professor Wu Quansheng Yi Shen Yang Xue An Tai Fang the clinical curative effect of treatment of threatened abortion,and compared with normal pregnant women serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG) and progesterone(P),the changes of preliminary reveals the mechanism of action of the party in the treatment of threatened abortion,at the same time in the 11~13+6 weeks of pregnancy early pregnancy fetal ultrasound screening for all spuc success,by measuring the thickness of nuchal translucency(NT) thickness,crown rump length(CRL),determine the presence of nasal bone,supplemented by objective data with clear structure and development,it is better for the future of laying a foundation for clinical application.Methods:All the observation object in December 2013 to August 2014 in Gansu province maternity and child care obstetrics outpatient treatment,according to the standard to select into and out 70 cases of threatened abortion patients,outpatient clinic patients treated in accordance with the random number table method divided into treatment group and control group,and select normal early pregnancy the pregnant women of 30 cases as ck,all pregnant women to pregnant 11~13+6 go early prenatal ultrasound screening. Through early fetal ultrasound measurements at the same time ruled out caused by fetal chromosomal abnormalities of threatened abortion patients, further clear the spuc targeted. That threatened abortion patients after treatment for Yi Shen Yang Xue An Tai Fang compared with the classical spuc medicine Zi Shen Yu Tai Wan,except in individual indicators than Zi Shen Yu Tai Wan, the overall clinical efficacy difference is not significant.Conclusion:Yi Shen Yang Xue An Tai Fang in the treatment of threatened abortion,can obviously relieve the clinical symptoms,significantly increased the female progesterone levels at the same time,after fetal growth and development is good,is worth further in clinical application. |
