Observation On The Efficacy Of Shen Shuai Decoction Combined With Acupoint Application In The Treatment Of Chronic Kidney Disease In Stage 2-3a

Objective:To observe Shen Shuai decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of chronic kidney disease stage 2-3a(spleen-kidney qi deficiency combined with water-dampness syndrome),so as to seek more effective TCM treatment methods for the clinical treatment of early and middle stage chronic kidney disease.Methods:From March 2019 to December 2019,data of 60 patients with CKD2-3a(spleen-kidney qi deficiency combined with water-dampness syndrome)were collected from the department of nephrology of the first affiliated hospital of heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine.They were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases).Both groups received general treatment(low salt,high quality,low protein diet,smoking cessation and proper exercise,supplementation of essential amino acids/Compoundα-Ketoacid Tablets),western medicine basic treatment(anemia,metabolic acidosis,sodium metabolic disorder,hypertension management,etc.),and Shen Shuai decoction.Treatment group with acupoint application,control group with moxibustion stick.The two groups were all applied to the points of mingmen,guan yuan,bilateral Shenshu and bilateral Pishu,and applied from Shenshi to Youshi(15-19h)every day,4h every day,one course of treatment for 2 weeks,for 4 consecutive courses.The changes of urinary protein,24-hour urinary protein(24hUpro),serum albumin(ALB),serum creatinine(Scr),blood urea nitrogen(Bun)and TCM syndrome score before and after treatment were compared.SPSS20.0 was used to compare the relevant indicators of the two groups before and after treatment.p<0.05 was considered as statistically significant,and p<0.01 as highly significant.Results:1.After treatment,Scr and Bun were decreased in both groups,and the improvement of renal function was significant(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups,and there was no statistical significance(p>0.05),indicating that the two groups delayed the progress of renal function to a certainextent,and the treatment was equivalent.In terms of decreasing urinary protein,24 hUpro and increasing serum albumin,the treatment group was better than the control group,with statistically significant difference(p<0.05).2.The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were compared,that was18.63±4.60 before treatment to 7.30±4.50 in the treatment group,and 9.80±4.73 in the control group from 18.03±3.89 before treatment.The differences were statistically significant(p<0.01).The scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups after treatment were compared,and the difference was statistically significant(p<0.05).The total effective rate was 83.33% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(p<0.05),and the treatment group was higher than the control group.3.After treatment,the total effective rate was 96.67% in the treatment group and 86.67% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Conclusion:1.Both groups can delay the progress of renal function,and the curative effect is similar.2.Shen Shuai decoction combined with acupoint application can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with chronic kidney disease in stage 2-3a.3.Shen Shuai decoction combined with acupoint application can significantly reduce urinary protein and 24-hour urinary protein in patients with chronic kidney disease stage 2-3a,and improve serum albumin level.
