| Objective:This study mainly observed the clinical efficacy and safety of the external treatment of the rheumatic,wet and arthritic KOA by the combination of computer medium frequency medicine and Juanbi Decoction,which provided objective basis for enriching the external treatment of TCM for the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Method:A total of 90 patients who met the inclusion criteria of this study from April 2019to December 2020 were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was given drugs(Qufengzhitong Capsule and glucosamine hydrochloride capsule).The experimental group and the control group were treated with the same medicine for 20 days.VAS score,WOMAC score,TCM syndrome score,clinical curative effect and TCM syndrome curative effect before and after treatment were used as curative effect observation indexes,and vital signs,blood routine,liver function and renal function were used as safety observation indexes.If there were adverse reactions in the treatment process,they should be treated and recorded in time,so as to evaluate the effect of computer medium frequency penetration therapy combined with Juanbi Decoction external treatment on knee osteoarthritis of wind cold dampness type Excel software was used to record all the experimental data in this study,and spss22.0 statistical software was used to analyze the data in this study,and the difference between the two groups was compared.Results:1.VAS score:the VAS score of the two groups after treatment compared with that before treatment,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant.The VAS scores of the two groups were compared before treatment(P>0.05);After two courses of treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After statistical analysis,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.2.WOMAC score:the WOMAC score of the experimental group and the control group before and after treatment,P<0.05,there was statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment,indicating that the WOMAC score of the two groups after 1 and 2 courses of treatment can be reduced.The WOMAC scores of the two groups before treatment and after one course of treatment were compared between the two groups,P>0.05.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment and after one course of treatment.The WOMAC scores after two courses of treatment were compared between the two groups,P<0.05,WOMAC score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group after 2courses of treatment.3.Knee joint X-ray K-L classification for grade I and grade II:there was no significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups before treatment,but there was significant difference in WOMAC score between the two groups after 2courses of treatment,and the score of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.4.Knee joint X-ray K-L grade III:WOMAC scores of the two groups before treatment,after 1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment were compared,P>0.05,and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment,after 1 course of treatment and after 2 courses of treatment.5.TCM syndrome score:two groups of patients with TCM syndrome score after two courses of treatment compared with before treatment,P<0.05,the difference between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant.There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);Two groups of patients after 2 courses of treatment compared,P<0.05,there is statistical difference,by statistical analysis of data,the effect of the experimental group is better than the control group.There was no significant difference in TCM main syndrome scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable;After two courses of treatment,there was a statistically significant difference in the symptom score of joint cold pain between the two groups(P~△<0.05).After statistical analysis of the data,the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.6.Clinical efficacy:the total effective rate of the experimental group was88.64%,and that of the control group was 77.27%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.TCM syndrome curative effect:the effective rate of the experimental group was 88.64%,and that of the control group was 72.73%.There was significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome curative effect(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Computer medium frequency penetration combined with Juanbi decoction can significantly relieve the pain symptoms of wind cold dampness type knee osteoarthritis.2.Computer medium frequency penetration combined with Juanbi decoction can improve WOMAC score of knee osteoarthritis of wind cold dampness arthralgia type with knee X-ray K-L grade I and II,but it is invalid to improve WOMAC score of knee osteoarthritis with K-L grade III.3.Computer medium frequency penetration combined with external treatment of Juanbi decoction can reduce the TCM syndrome score of knee osteoarthritis of wind cold dampness type,and relieve the symptoms of joint cold pain.4.Computer medium frequency penetration combined with external treatment of Juanbi decoction in the treatment of wind cold dampness type knee osteoarthritis has obvious clinical effect and TCM syndrome effect,no obvious adverse reactions and high safety,which is worthy of further promotion and application in clinic. |
