| The combination of rehabilitation equipment and cloud platform is the future development trend,and exoskeleton robot as a model of intelligent equipment in the field of rehabilitation plays a role.This paper designs and realizes the visualization of the cloud brain platform of exoskeleton data.Using big data technology,Internet technology and visualization technology combined with cloud platform,for been exoskeleton robot in the field of treatment for the state display,in the two aspects of data processing and visualization were studied,designed and implemented an exoskeleton data cloud platform architecture,solved the problems of the existing platform architecture,realizes the exoskeleton robot data visualization.The main innovations are as follows:As for the real-time state observation of the exoskeleton robot in the actual application process,this paper use IOT technology to build a client on the exoskeleton robot and a receiving terminal in the cloud to form a data path.The visualization module of web server back end and state observation is designed and implemented to realize realtime state observation of exoskeleton robot.At the same time,the robot data is persisted to provide a data source for offline data processing.Firstly,this paper sorts out the logic of relevant parts of the existing platform architecture,reconstructs the corresponding architecture,optimizes the details of the implementation of the transmission topic,and realizes the data visualization with low latency.Secondly,this paper uses multi-thread technology combined with NIO mode to realize flexible resource allocation and high concurrency data transmission.Finally,this paper optimizes the existing interface and improves the interface appearance.In the field of rehabilitation treatment,this paper has made pioneering work for exoskeleton robot to record and demonstrate the use process of medical devices.Firstly,big data off-line technology is used to build an off-line data processing platform on the cloud server.The data of the exoskeleton robot are persisted,cleaned and statistically analyzed,and the visualized data are stored in the database.Secondly,this paper realizes the off-line data visualization of the web page background and USES the record visualization module to visualize the data of the exoskeleton robot stored in the database.It realizes the query and display of the use record of the exoskeleton robot.This paper sorted out the processing logic of offline data,planned the process of data processing,and used the distributed computing technology of big data to improve the performance of data processing. |
