Research On Syndrome Differentiation And Medication Rules Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Treatment Of Vitiligo Based On Data Minin

Purpose: By sorting and analyzing the methods of treating vitiligo with traditional Chinese medicine in the modern literature,this paper summarizes the syndrome differentiation,medication rules and the mechanism of action of important drugs in the treatment of vitiligo with traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide reference for clinical practice.Material and method:In the CNKI,Wanfang AND VIP databases,a comprehensive search was conducted in the format of fuzzy matching between the subject word "vitiligo" or "Baibaifeng" and the full text of "traditional Chinese medicine" or "traditional Chinese medicine" from January 1,1980 to December 31,2022.Excel,SPSS and Cytoscape series software were used.Frequency statistics,association rule analysis,complex network analysis and cluster analysis were performed on the four diagnostic information,lesion characteristics,syndrome types and oral Chinese medicine of vitiligo.TCMSP,Herb and Genecards databases were used to collect the active components,targets and disease targets of the core drugs in the association rules,respectively.PPI analysis and KEGG analysis were performed,and finally the drug component-target-pathway network diagram was constructed.Results:1.A total of 111 accompanying symptoms of vitiligo were involved in this study,including insomnia and dreams,waist and knee soreness,fatigue,dizziness,irritability,intolerance,tinnitus,loose stool,upset,skin itching,emotional depression,chest and flank fullness,etc.2.The appearance of tongue and pulse include: red tongue,light red tongue,pale white tongue,dark purple tongue,thin white tongue,little moss,thin yellow tongue,thin pulse,string,weight,number,etc.3.A total of 29 features of skin lesions were involved,including clear boundary,sporadic type,facial-cervical type,increased or enlarged leukoplakia,white hair on the affected area,edge pigmentation,irregular shape,etc.4.A total of 33 syndrome types were analyzed,including liver-kidney deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,liver stagnation and qi stagnation syndrome,Qi-blood digression syndrome,spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,blood stasis blocking collaterals syndrome,spleen and kidney Yang deficiency syndrome,qi and blood deficiency syndrome,heat accumulation in rheumatism,liver stagnation and fire syndrome,etc.5.A total of 295 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine were involved,with a total of5126 frequencies,including Angelica sinensis,Tribulus terrestris,Fructus psoraleae,licorice root,polygonum multiflorum,Ligusticum,wind,Astragalus membranaceus,Angelica dahurica dahurica,salvia miltiorrhiza,safflower,red peony,white peony,Rehmanniae radix,Ligustrum ligustri lucidum,Atractylodes atractylodes,Herba auricularia,etc.The classification of drugs included tonic deficiency drugs,blood-activating and blood-stasis drugs,antipyretic drugs,etc.6.There were 53 drug-related associations,including the second-order associations between Angelica sinensis and Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Angelica sinensis and Radix paeoniae alba,safflower sinensis and peach kernel,Angelica sinensis and peach kernel,and Angelica sinensis Jixueteng.The third-order correlations among Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum chuanxiong and Fructus psoraleae,Angelica sinensis,Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Tribulus terrestris,etc.7.There were 5 drug clusters,including core drug prescriptions such as promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,soothing liver and promoting qi.8.There were 9 active ingredients in the drug group,including sitosterol,stigmasterol,myricetin,isopsoraleae dihydroflavone,etc.There are 18 targets for the treatment of vitiligo,including the key targets CASP3,PTGS2,ESR1,MAPK14,CDK2,etc.It involves 12 signaling pathways,Including p53 signaling pathway,IL-17 signaling pathway,TNF signaling pathway,Fox O signaling pathway,Cell cycle,Apoptosis,MAPK signaling pathway and so on.Conclusion:1.The high frequency syndrome types of vitiligo include liver-kidney deficiency syndrome,qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome,liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome,Qi-blood discord syndrome,and spleen and stomach weakness syndrome.2.The most common types of vitiligo lesions were sporadic and faciocervical.3.The main drugs for vitiligo are tonifying deficiency drugs,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis drugs,and relieving surface drugs.Angelica sinensis,Tribulus terrestris and Fructus psoraleae are commonly used drugs in the treatment of vitiligo.4.In the drug group,Angelica sinensis Chuangxiong sinensis psoraleae may regulate CASP3,PTGS2,ESR1,MAPK14,CDK2 and other disease targets in the p53,IL-17,TNF,Fox O,Cell cycle,Apoptosis and other signaling pathways.To intervene the inflammatory response,oxidative stress,apoptosis and other biological processes,and then treat vitiligo.5.Emotional factors are closely related to the onset and development of vitiligo,and attention should be paid to the mental health of patients during diagnosis and treatment.
