| Objective:To observe the diagnostic significance of occipitocervical CT three-dimensional reconstruction for cervical hypertension(CHBP),and to provide evidence for the effectiveness of "rotary distraction","lateral distraction" and "apical distraction" manipulation in the treatment of cervical hypertension(CHBP).Methods:All the included patients in this study were 30 patients with cervical hypertension from the inpatient department of rehabilitation medicine department of Anhui Armed Police Corps Hospital.According to the characteristics of three-dimensional CT reconstruction of occipital neck, the patients were treated with "rotary distraction","lateral distraction" and "apical distraction" manipulation. The treatment was performed once a day, seven times as a course of treatment. All the treatment was done by myself. The changes of blood pressure, visual analogue scale(VAS)of neck pain and CT 3D reconstruction were observed before and after treatment, including the antolatto-tooth spacing, the difference of lateral atlantotooth spacing, the Angle between atlas and horizontal position, the Angle between axis and horizontal position, and the Angle difference between bilateral atlantoaxial joints and neutral position.Within the group, there were statistical differences in the indicators before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of blood pressure indexes before and after treatment: systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure were compared before and after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(t=17.06,18.04,P < 0.01).2.Comparison of visual analogue scale(VAS)of neck pain before and after treatment:there were statistically significant differences in neck pain scores before and after treatment(t=29.85,P < 0.01).3.Comparison of anterior and posterior displacement indexes before and after treatment:Anterodontoid spacing: There was no statistical significance in the anterodontoid spacing before and after treatment(t=2.03,P > 0.05).4.Comparison of left and right translation indexes before and after treatment:Difference of atlanto-tooth spacing: The difference was statistically significant(t=5.32,P < 0.01)when comparing the difference of atlanto-tooth spacing before and after treatment.5.Comparison of rotational displacement indexes before and after treatment:(1)The Angle between atlas and horizontal: there were statistically significant differences in the Angle between atlas and horizontal before and after treatment(t=8.45,P < 0.01).(2)Angle between axis and horizontal: The Angle between axis and horizontal before and after treatment was compared, and the difference was statistically significant(t=6.06,P < 0.01).6.Comparison of left and right flexion displacement indexes before and after treatment:The Angle difference between atlantoaxial joint and neutral position: The Angle difference between atlantoaxial joint and neutral position before and after treatment was compared, and the differences were statistically significant(t=3.42,P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.Three-dimensional CT reconstruction of occipital neck has an important reference value for improving the diagnostic rate of cervical hypertension(CHBP),and can be used as the imaging diagnostic basis of cervical hypertension(CHBP).2.According to the three-dimensional reconstruction of occipital neck CT,the "rotary distraction, lateral distraction, and apical distraction" manipulation for the reduction of spine was designed for the treatment of cervical hypertension(CHBP),with obvious effect of alleviating neck pain and lowering blood pressure. |
