ObjectiveRespectively, this study uses the Cha’s bonesetting skill and conventional technique in the treatment of atlanto-axial joint dislocation caused by cervical vertigo. The study evaluates the clinical efficacy by observing and comparing the changes of two groups of clinical indicators to explore the therapy mechanisms of the Cha’s bonesetting and provide reliable clinical data for the clinical promotion and theoretical support.MethodsThis topic includes60cases of patients with cervical vertigo caused by atlanto-axial joint dislocation. The cases were divided into two groups randomly, and every group had thirty cases. Treatment group choose the Cha’s bonesetting manipulation treatment, the contrast group choose routine technique treatment. Before and after the treatment, we observed and compared the two groups of bilateral odontoid lateral spacing of cervical X-ray film, the cervical vertigo symptom and function and clinical curative effects. the indexes and clinical curative effects were compared with T test and Ridit analysis evaluation.Results1.Bilateral odontoid lateral spacing:the two groups before and after treatment group were compared with measured value respectively, all have significant difference (P<0.01). It indicates that both groups can reduce the distance; The measured values between the two groups were compared after treatment, which have significant difference(P<0.01), the treatment group is better than the contrast group.2. In terms of cervical vertigo symptom and function, the various points of the two groups before and after treatment group comparison, all have significant difference(P<0.01), which suggests both groups can significantly improve atlanto-axial joint dislocation caused by cervical vertigo symptom and function. Then compare all points of the two groups after treatment between groups. The total integrals, dizziness integral have significant difference (P<0.01).The treatment group is better than the contrast group. The head and neck pain and living adjustment differences are not statistically significant (P>0.05).3. In terms of clinical efficacy, the difference of clinical efficiency between the two groups has significant meaning(P<0.01).The treatment group is better than the control group.Conelusion1.The Cha’s bonesetting skill can significantly reduce the bilateral odontoid lateral spacing, and is better than the conventional technique.2. The Cha’s bonesetting skill can obviously improve atlanto-axial joint dislocation caused by cervical vertigo symptom and function. The Cha’s bonesetting skill is better than the conventional technique especially in improving symptoms of dizziness,.3. The The Cha’s bonesetting manipulation has good clinical effect for the atlanto-axial joint dislocation caused by cervical vertigo. And the Cha’s bonesetting skill is better than the conventional technique.4. The Cha’s bonesetting manipulation effects on the atlanto-axial joint dislocation caused by cervical vertigo is better than the conventional technique, which deserves clinical promotion.
