Data Mining Research On The Treatment Of Hepatolenticular Degeneration With Traditional Chinese Medicine Based On Clinical Big Data

1 ObjectiveThrough collecting information about patients with liver-glomerular degeneration at the Brain Disease Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and using data mining technology,explore the clinical characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of liver/glomerular degeneration and the law of syndromes.Differentiation.The treatment plan can better guide clinical exercise.2 MethodsBy searching the hospital information system(HIS)and electronic medical record system from January 2015 to June 2020,HLD patients were admitted to the Brain Disease Center of Anhui Traditional Chinese Medical University Hospital No.1according to admission criteria.A total of 840 cases were included.Sort in chronological order,obtain gender,age,admission medical history,medical history record,discharge medical history,medical record homepage,doctor’s prescription,Chinese medicine treatment and other related information.A total of 1071 Chinese medicine prescriptions are obtained,and valuable and analyzeable data are extracted from the collected data.Information,and analyze and use.Preliminarily process the collected data,and use SPSS Modeler 18.0 and SPSS Statistics 25.0 to process and analyze the data,summarize and summarize the laws.Results3.1 Analysis of symptoms and syndrome typesThe common symptoms include limb shaking,slurred speech,general nausea and salivation,bitter mouth and bad breath,poor flexion and extension,coughing when drinking water,and unresponsiveness.The most common types of syndromes are phlegm and blood stasis and internal accumulation of damp-heat.3.2 Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Syndrome TypeCollected 20 high-frequency drugs,namely: Rhubarb,Coptis,Scutellaria barbata,Scutellaria,Andrographis paniculata,Salvia miltiorrhiza,Porcini,Alisma orientalis,Curcuma,Turmeric,Lysimachia,Poria,Tangerine peel,Atractylodes macrocephala,Turmeric,Turmeric,Shichangpu,White Peony,Angelica,Astragalus.The use of high-frequency drugs of different syndrome types is slightly different.3.3 Nature and flavor return analysisIn the meridians of nature and flavor,the most complex medicinal ingredients are cold and warm,and the condiments are the most bitter and sweet.The meridians are the most common in the liver,lungs,stomach and spleen.3.4 Analysis of data mining resultsThe Apriori algorithm is used to obtain the calculation results.The commonly used clinical drug pairs are Coptis Rhubarb,Rhubarb,Scutellaria barbata→Coptis,Rhubarb→ Scutellaria barbata,Rhubarb → Scutellaria baicalensis,Rhubarb → Andrographis,Rhubarb → Salvia,Rhubarb → Rhubarb,Rhubarb → Alisma,Coptidis → Curcuma,Rhubarb → Curcuma,Rhubarb → Curcuma,Rhubarb → Poria,Salvia → Lysimachia,Rhubarb → Tangerine peel;the commonly used medicine groups in the three association rules are Scutellaria,Rhubarb→Scutellaria barbata;Scutellaria,Coptis→Scutellaria barbata;Scutellaria,Coptis→Rhubarb;Scutellaria barbata,Coptis Rhubarb→ Rhubarb;Scutellaria,Scutellaria barbata → Rhubarb;The four association rules commonly used in Chinese medicine groups are Scutellaria,Coptis,Rhubarb →Scutellaria barbata;Andrographis,Coptis,Rhubarb → Scutellaria;Andrographis,Coptis,Rhubarb → Scutellaria barbata.Cluster analysis can be grouped into 6categories: C1: Rhubarb,Coptis;C2: Scutellaria barbata,Scutellaria,Andrographis;C3:Salvia miltiorrhiza;C4: Astragalus sinensis;C5: White peony root,Astragalus,Angelica,Shichangpu,Turmeric;C6: Turmeric,Atractylodes macrocephala,Tangerine peel,Alisma orientalis,turmeric,turmeric,Poria,Lysimachia.Principal component factor analysis can extract 5 common factors,F1: Rhubarb,Coptis,Scutellaria barbata,Scutellaria,Fructus,Andrographis,Lysimachia;F2: Shichangpu,Paeonia,Angelica,Radix Astragali;F3: Salvia,Alisma,Zedoary,Turmeric;F4: Poria,Atractylodes,Chenpi;F5: sliced turmeric,turmeric.4 Conclusions4.1 The most commonly used traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of HLD is rhubarb;the most commonly used medicines are classified as heat-clearing medicine,diuretic and dampening medicine,blood-activating medicine and tonic medicine;4.2 HLD traditional Chinese medicine uses cold and warm properties as the most common medicinal properties,bitter and sweet taste as the most common medicinal tastes,and menstruation are most common in the liver,lung,stomach,and spleen meridians;4.3 Association rules,cluster analysis and principal component factor analysis show that Gandou Decoction and Gandou Ling Decoction are often used in the treatment of HLD,and are used to promote blood circulation,remove blood stasis,clear heat,promote dampness,expectorant,nourish qi,nourish blood and regulate qi Equal governance is dominant.
