| Objective: To explore the medication rule of Professor Binbin in the treatment of oligospermia based on the software of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance Computing platform,so as to provide medicine reference and new ideas for the treatment of this disease by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The cases of oligospermia were treated by Professor Binbin,a tutor,in the male department of the Binbin from January 1,2019 to October 31,2022 were selected and collected.The database was established and entered into the software "traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance calculation platform(V3.0)".The drugs in the prescription were analyzed by frequency statistics,association rules,cluster analysis,k-means algorithm + simulated regression algorithm and so on.To explore the medication rule of Professor Binbin in the treatment of oligospermia.Results:1.The 205 patients with ligospermia were mainly from 31 to 35 years old,including spleen and kidney deficiency syndrome,damp-heat downward injection syndrome and blood stasis syndrome,involving 71 kinds of traditional chinese medicine symptoms and signs,34 kinds of tongue and36 kinds of pulse.2.A total of 147 traditional Chinese medicines were used in the 307 prescriptions included in this study,with a total frequency of 4609,the four qi were mainly warm and cold drugs,the five flavors were mainly sweet and hard taste,and the meridians were mainly liver,kidney,lung,spleen and stomach meridians.the efficacy categories are mainly tonifying deficiency,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis and clearing heat.3.According to the frequency statistics of 147 traditional Chinese medicines,the top 15 traditional Chinese medicines used more than 60 times were Radix Astragali,Chinese wolfberry,dodder,oyster,Fructus Schisandrae,Codonopsis pilosula,Fructus Dipsaci,Radix angelicae Sinensis,Plantago asiatica,Coix seed,Angelica sinensis,Herba Epimedii,Passepartout.4.Based on association rules,47 groups of drug combinations and 43 association rules among drugs are obtained.the top 3 drug combinations are "Schisandra,motherwort-> Radix Astragali","Radix Astragali,Dipsacus->Codonopsis","dodder,oyster,Schisandra-> Astragalus".5.Based on cluster analysis,five core groups were excavated,namely,1thorn thorn,Fructus Lycii,Radix Astragali,Oyster,Peach kernel;2Codonopsis pilosula,Radix Astragali,semen Cuscutae,Dipsacus,Fructus Lycii,Radix angelicae Sinensis;3 Codonopsis lanceolata,Plantago asiatica,Herba Leonuri,Fructus Astragali,Radix Astragali,Patrinia;4 Oyster,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Codonopsis pilosula,semen Cuscuta,Radix Astragali,Fructus Lycii;5 Radix Cuscutae,Radix Astragali,Fructus Schisandrae,leech.Conclusion(s): 1.Professor Binbin drugs for oligospermia are warm and cold,sweet and bitter,and return to the liver,kidney,lung,spleen and stomach meridians,with the main effects of tonifying the kidney and spleen,clearing heat and removing dampness,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.2.Five core prescriptions were obtained according to cluster analysis,which was consistent with Professor Binbin clinical medication experience.3.Professor Binbin believes that the basic pathogenesis of oligospermia is "deficiency of both spleen and kidney and dampness-heat and blood stasis".In treatment,the basic treatment principle is "tonifying spleen and kidney,clearing heat and promoting dampness,removing blood stasis and clearing essence,detoxifying and killing insects",and puts forward the viewpoint of "essence less heavy son,weak and heavy qi",emphasizing that "harmony is the most precious in the use of medicine",and the prescription is flexibly compatible with the method of "clearing,tonifying,dredging and benefiting". |
