| Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of low back pain with the method of replenishing and reducing the balance based on the differentiation of the six channels. Methods:A selection of 73 patients with low back pain who were treated at the Fifth Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December 2020 were randomly divided into a treatment group of 36 cases and a control group of 37 cases using a random number table. Finally, the experiment was actually completed 70 cases,35 cases in the treatment group and 35 cases in the control group. All the included cases were classified into six meridians based on the patients’ local pathological meridian manifestations and TCM symptom characteristics. The treatment group was treated with the method of replenishing and reducing the balance based on the differentiation of the six meridians, and the control group was treated with conventional massage techniques.Five planning Tuina teaching materials),the two groups of patients were treated once a day in the morning and afternoon, and the treatment period was 2 weeks.VAS score,TCM systemic symptom score,ODI score, waist and abdomen flexor, posterior extensor, and rotator muscle strength scores were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of patients with low back pain, and the safety of the two groups of manipulations was analyzed. Results: 1.The baseline data of the two groups of patients were statistically analyzed.Chi-square test was used for enumeration data, and t-test was used for measurement data. The obtained Pvalues ??were all> 0.05.There was no statistically significant difference in basic data between the two groups. The dialectical classification of the six meridians of the two groups was tested by the R*C column chi-square test(2=0.316,P=0.997).There was no statistical difference in the classification of the six meridians between the two groups(P>0.05).2.Among the 35 patients in the treatment group,10 were cured,17 were markedly effective,6 were effective, and 2 were ineffective. The overall effective rate was 94%.Among the 35 patients in the control group,6 were cured,13 were effective,7 were effective, and 9 were ineffective. The overall effective rate was 74%.Using non-parametric rank sum test,z=-2.155,P=0.031(P<0.05),there is a statistical difference.3.Comparison of VAS scores and TCM systemic syndrome scores between the two groups of patients before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the comparison between the two groups of patients before and after treatment, the VAS scores and TCM systemic syndrome scores, was not statistically significant before treatment Significance(P>0.05),the difference after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05).4.The ODI scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment are analyzed within the group. The total ODI scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment, low back and leg pain, daily activities and other detailed scores, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of patients before and after treatment ODI total score, low back and leg pain, daily activities and other detailed scores were compared between groups. The difference before treatment was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the difference after treatment was statistically different(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in the ODI scoring rules for participation in sexual life ability scores, whether the comparison between the two groups or within the group was statistically significant(P>0.05).5.The muscle strength scores of the lumbar and abdomen flexors, posterior extensors, and rotators of the two groups of patients were compared within the group before and after treatment, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the two groups of patients before and after treatment Extensor and rotator muscle strength scores were compared between groups. There was no statistically significant difference before treatment(P>0.05),and there was a statistically significant difference after treatment(P<0.05).6.In this trial, there were no adverse reactions and intolerance of the technique in all cases during the treatment.Conclusion:1.Based on the differentiation of the six meridians, the balancing technique of replenishing and reducing symptoms and conventional massage techniques have clinical effects in the treatment of low back pain, which can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of patients, improve the quality of life of patients, and have high safety.2.The method of replenishing and reducing the balance based on the differentiation of the six channels is more effective than conventional massage in the treatment of low back pain, especially in the waist function, muscle strength, and traditional Chinese medicine symptoms. |
