Objective:To observe the effect of massage combined with celecoxib on pain symptoms,psoas muscle tension,lumbar functional status and primary cure rate in patients with acute nonspecific low back pain,reduce the treatment time of patients,For better and faster treatment of acute non-specific low back pain,To provide some reference for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of acute nonspecific low back pain.Method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,72 patients with acute nonspecific low back pain were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in treatment group and 36 cases in control group.Control group only oral celecoxib 200 times,twice a day,morning and evening after meals,3 days as a course of treatment,observe a course of treatment.The treatment group was treated with massage on the basis of the control group,once a day,3 times a day,3 days of continuous treatment as a course of treatment,observe a course of treatment.Using somatosensory evoked potential pain value,JOA score,K of muscle tension coefficient of posterior table chain The value was used as the observation index,and the cure rate and comprehensive curative effect were evaluated according to the Standard of TCM Disease diagnosis and treatment,and the comparison between groups was carried out to analyze and evaluate whether the clinical curative effect of the two groups was statistically different.Results:1.Senstively induced potential pain value: The differences between the pain values between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05),indicating that both groups could reduce pain;Intergroup comparison of pain values between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group outperformed the control group in pain relief.2.JOA scale: The differences between the JOA score group between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups can effectively improve the lumbar functional status of patients;The differences had a statistically significant comparison between the JOA score groups of the two posttreated groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group outperformed the control group in improving lumbar functional status.3.The K value of the posterior table chain muscle tension coefficient: The difference between the K values of the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the two groups can reduce the back muscle tension of patients;The differences were significant between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group outperformed the control group in reducing the dorsal muscle tension.4.Clinical efficacy evaluation: After treatment,the differences were statistically significa nt between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group outperformed the control group in improving the primary treatment rate.After treatment,the differen ces were statistically significant between the two clinical efficacy groups(P<0.05),ind icating that they were better effective for acute non-specific lower back pain than in t he control group.Conclusions:1.Massage combined with celecoxib can effectively relieve lumbar pain,reduce psoas muscle tension,improve lumbar function,and the curative effect is better than that of oral celecoxib alone.2.Massage combined with celecoxib can improve the primary cure rate of patients,and the curative effect is better than that of simple oral celecoxib,better and faster treatment of acute non-specific low back pain,and has a good short-term effect. |
