Effect Of Method Of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei On Serum IL-33 Levels In Patients With Bronchial Asthma In Remission Stage

Objective:To observe the method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei for bronchial asthma remission patients serum level of IL-33.Methods:The 90 cases of clinic in jiangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine affiliated hospital of respiratory and critical care medicine outpatient conforms to the patients with bronchial asthma remission,They were randomly assigned to the treatment group: method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei group(treatment group 45 cases),control group:salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation group(control group 45 cases).The treatment course of both groups was 3 months.Follow-up was conducted after the treatment course to observe the improvement of ACT score of TCM syndrome score and the changes of serum IL-33 before and after medication in both groups.Results:1.After 3 months of treatment,compared with before treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group decreased,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P <0.05).2.After 3 months of treatment,both the treatment group and the control group showed an increase in ACT scores,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.05).3.After 3 months of treatment,compared with before treatment,the level of serum IL-33 in both treatment group and control group decreased,and the difference between treatment group and control group was significant(P <0.05).Conclusions:1.Both method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei and salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation can reduce the scores of TCM syndrome in patients with bronchial asthma in remission period,but method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei better than salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation.2.Both method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei and salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation can improve the score of ACT questionnaire of asthma control test in patients with bronchial asthma in remission,but method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei better than salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation.3.Both method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei and salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation can reduce the level of serum IL-33 in patients with bronchial asthma in remission,but method of Yiqi Wenyang Huwei better than salmeterol xinafoate and fluticasone propionate powder for inhalation.
