Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy, safety and long-term efficacy of the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis by invigorating spleen and replenishing qi combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion on stomach(spleen qi deficiency syndrome),so as to better guide clinical practice.Methods:1.Choose 60 cases met inclusion and exclusion criteria of spleen-deficiency type chronic atrophic gastritis patients, the patients were from jiangxi traditional Chinese taste hepatology outpatient and inpatient,60 cases were randomly divided into control group 30 cases in treatment group 30 cases, two groups of patients before in gender, age, course of the disease, treatment of TCM symptoms and gastroscope report form of gastric mucosa were no statistical difference in such aspects.Three routine tests, liver and kidney function, electrocardiogram and other safety indexes were performed for each subject before and after treatment.2.Treatment group: invigorating spleen and invigorating qi and stomach method(Astragalus membranaceus,Poria coco,Bupleurum bupleurum,Pinellia pinellia, tangerine peel, raw malt,Dangshen, fried grain bud, cassia twiggy,Atractylodonis macrocephala, notoginseng powder,Angelica sinensis,Atractylodonis sinensis, prepared licorice as prescription drugs)combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion treatment;Control group:Omeprazole magnesium enteric-coated tablets combined with Mosapride citrate tablets.3.The course of treatment was 4 weeks. After the end of treatment, the changes of TCM syndromes, the improvement of gastric mucosa morphology, and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the treatment process were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.4.Follow-up 4 weeks after the end of the course of treatment was conducted to observe the recurrence of the patients’ symptoms,so as to determine the long-term efficacy.Results:1.The total effective rates of TCM syndromes were 96.67% and 73.33%in the two groups after the course of treatment(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better efficacy of TCM syndromes.2.After the treatment, the total effective rate of gastric mucosa in the two groups was 90.00% and 76.67%,respectively(P < 0.05),and the treatment group had better efficacy.3.The total scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups were significantly decreased after treatment(P < 0.05),and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).4.Two groups after treatment in patients with a single symptom improvement, the treatment group in improving the food after bilge what god, loss of appetite, fatigue, fatigue weakness, sallow complexion, tastelessness lazy words not thirsty, loose stool pond side better than the control group(P < 0.05),and to improve the diagnosis ache compared with control group, there is no obvious advantage(P > 0.05).5.After treatment, the total score of gastric mucosa morphology in both groups decreased significantly(P < 0.05),and the total score of gastric mucosa in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05).6.After treatment, the improvement of various forms of gastric mucosa in the two groups showed that the treatment group and the control group had the same efficacy in improving mucosal bleeding without obvious superiority(P > 0.05),and the treatment group had better efficacy in improving mucosal erosion, edema and erythema than the control group(P< 0.05).7.No obvious adverse reactions were observed in the two groups.Follow-up showed that the TCM symptoms in the treatment group had no significant change compared with the end of treatment(P > 0.05),while the symptoms in the control group were significantly worse(P < 0.05).Conclusions:The overall efficacy of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion in the treatment of chronic non-atrophic gastritis with qi deficiency syndrome is better than that of the control group, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and gastric mucosa morphology, and has good safety and less recurrence.
