Objective:To observe the improvement of clinical symptoms, the mucosa under gasteoscope and pathology of the chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome by replenishing Qi and invigorating spleen and stomach therapy,in order to explore the clinical effect.Means:The clinical observation was studied with the method of self-control contrast before and after the treatment 46 cases of the chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome were choosed into groups to provide professor Xie Jingri's empirical decoction. The dose was 150 ml twice daily, taken with warm boiling water half an hour after meals in the morning and evening.8 weeks after treatment, the clinical effect was evaluated through the patient's own integral control before and after treatment, and the data was analyzed by SPSS 17.0 statistical Software.Results:1.8 weeks later, the difference was statistically significant in most of TCM syndrome integral before and after treatment(P<0.01).However,tastelessness integral had no statistical significance before and after treatment(P=0.317>0.01).The total effective rate of TCM syndromes treatment was 97.5%.2.The difference was statistically significant in gastroscope integral before and after treatment(P=0.000<0.01),and the total effective rate was 37.8%.3.Before and after treatment, mucosa atrophy integral was obviously different with statistical significance(P=0.000<0.01),and the total effective rate was 47.5%.In terms of Intestinal integral, before and after the treatment(P=0.003<0.01),and the total effective rate was 20.5%.However,intraepithelial neoplasia integral had no statistical significance before and after treatment(P?0.157>0.01),and the total effective rate was 33.3%.Conclusions:1.Replenishing Qi and invigorating spleen and stomach therapy can effectively improve TCM symptoms of the chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome.2.Replenishing Qi and invigorating spleen and stomach therapy can improve to a certain extent the mucosa under gastroscope and pathology of the chronic atrophic gastritis patients with spleen and stomach deficiency syndrome. |
