Objective: By systematically sorting out the literature of National Chinese Medical Masters in the therapy of bronchogenic carcinoma,exploring the experience of National Chinese Medical Masters in the therapy of bronchogenic carcinoma,summarizing the distribution of symptoms,symptom factors,therapeutic principles,prescription regularity of bronchogenic carcinoma patients,offerring a reference for bronchogenic carcinoma,to ameliorate the curative effect of TCM in bronchogenic carcinoma.Methods: The literatures be correlated with the diacrisis and therapy of bronchogenic carcinoma by National Medical Masters from the database established by the National Medical Master from October 10,2019,were ferreted about Wanfang Database,VIP Journals and CNKI.Through the formulation of the corresponding selection and elimination criteria,the document cases in the therapy of bronchogenic carcinoma were screened out.After normalization of the initial data,putting them to table respectively to set up a literature medical case database for diacrisis and therapy of bronchogenic carcinoma by National Chinese Medical Masters.Using SPSS related data mining technology,the data of patients’ general information,symptoms,tongue pulse,symptom factors,therapy and TCM in case history,and to sum up the experience in the distribution of bronchogenic carcinoma symptoms,symptom factors,pathogenesis,therapyand prescription medication.Results:1.Ordinary circumstances: After strict including and excluding criteria,116 medical cases were finally subsumeded into the database of diacrisis and therapy of bronchogenic carcinoma by National Chinese Medical Masters.The sexual formations include 71% male and 29% female.In terms of age,the age of median was 61,the utmost of the record was 83 and the lowest was 20.The central age sectiong of the cases was 51 to 80.It is in line with the epidemic features of the incidence rate of bronchogenic carcinoma in middle and old aged people.The histocytosis were as follows: 29 squamous carcinoma(25%),40 glandular cancer(34.5%),1 glandular cancer + squamous carcinoma(0.8%).The formation of histocytosis of bronchogenic carcinoma was centrally glandular cancer the most common,followed by squamous carcinoma.2.Symptoms,Tongue and Pulse: The central clinical features of bronchogenic carcinoma patients in the research were tussis and expectoration,and the general features included asthma,dyspnea,fatigue,poor appetite,thoracalgia,thirst,accompanied by other systemic symptoms,including emaciation,insomnia,constipation,palpitation,fever,edema,etc.The central tongue was dark tongue and red tongue,which accounted for 35.67%.The fundamental lichen colours were yellow or white lichen.The ratio of these lichens is more than 10%.The lichen was mostly thin lichen.The central pulse features were fine,smooth,string and number,and the frequency of veinule was the highest(30.15%),followed by smooth vein(24.43%).3.Distribution of symptom factors: lung,spleen,kidney and liver.In the order of distribution of symptom factors in the disease site,the lung was the first,the spleen was the second,accounting for 83.50%.According to the analysis of disease location and symptom factors,the dysfunction of viscera caused by bronchogenic carcinoma is centrally in lung and spleen,which is bound up with liver or kidney.According to the census,the order of frequency is as follows: sputum,insufficiency of Qi,coagulation of blood,insufficiency of yin,heat,toxin,retention of the circulation of Qi,wetness,yang insufficiency,retained fluid and blood insufficiency.There are 57.59%elements types of sputum,blood insufficiency,toxin and heat.The central components of insufficiency symptom were insufficiency of vital energy and Yin,onstituting 32.88%.4.Pathogenesis: the central disease-organs is in lung,which is bound up with spleen,liver and kidney;The central nosogenesis is insufficiency of viscera organs,stagnation of Qi and body fluid.sputum,blood-insufficiency,pyretic toxicity assemble in the lungs.Cancer toxin is an important pathogenin of bronchogenic carcinoma.Once the cancer toxin is blocked in the lung,it will damage the body even more,and it is difficult to recover.No matter what syndrome type of lung cancer,the treatment and medication are inseparable from anti-cancer and detoxification.Disease of this virtual standard real,false and real mixed.5.Therapyprinciple: pay attention to both good and evil,and keep people for treatment.It centrally protects stomach on association rules analysis of commonly used medicines for or drug combinations including: helioswpia + Chinese sage,pinellia,Fried malt +Fried rice sprout,hawthorn,madder + inula flowers,oysters,selfheal,leakage reed + hive,radix adenophorae + coastal glehnia root,dwarf lilyturf,white hyacinth bean + dangshen yam,cardamom,radix bupleuri + cohosh +angelica,etc.9.According to the cluster analysis,the medication can be chopped up into three classifications: the first classifications includes: Atractylodonis atractylodonis,Codonopsis codonopsis,Poria cocoing,Tangerine peel,Pinellia tuber,Astragalus mongholicus,Glycyrhizae,nourishing Qi to tonify the spleen,recuperating Qi for dispelling sputum;The second category is:platycodon grandiflorum,Zhejiang fritillary mother,coix seed,sputum scattered knot;The third category includes: Ophiopogonis ophiopogonis,Asparagus japonicus,Asparagonis japonicus;Turtle shell,cat claw grass anti-cancer detoxification,nourishing Yin and detoxifying;Nansha ginseng,Taizi ginseng,Crane grass,mountain Ci mushroom,euphorbia helioscopia invigorating Qi and promoting blood circulation,nourishing Yin and detoxifying,reducing phlegm and resolving masses.Conclusion:In this study,the general situation,symptoms,tongue pulse,distribution of symptom factors,pathogenesis,treatment,drug association rules,systematic clustering and medication rules of bronchogenic carcinoma patients were discussed,which realized the purpose of summarizing the experience of National Chinese Medical Masters in differentiating and treating bronchogenic carcinoma,and provided reference for the diacrisis and therapy of bronchogenic carcinoma patients.
