A Data Analysis Based On Association Rules About Treatments Characteristics Of Ankylosing Spondylitiab Used By Traditional Chinese Medicine Kanyin Li

Objective: Through neatening the prescriptions of traditional Chinese nedicine(TCM)on the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS)by Professor Kanyin Li,National celebrated TCM expert,this thesis analyzes and concludes the clinical characteristics of Professor Li's treatment of AS from pharmacological data,which provides certain theoretical guidance for the clinical treatment of AS with TCM.Methods: The cases of AS diagnosed and treated in Professor Li Kanyin's studio from 2013 to 2018 were collected and selected according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.By extracting the clinical data of the prescriptions,this project aims to investigate the relationship between the drugs and their application rules by data mining software for statistical processing,and also analyze and conclude the characteristics of Li's treatment of AS.Results: There were 63 cases in accordance with the inclusion criteria,and 69 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials were also included in the statistical data of the cases.Both of them have a total of 878 medicine times.The results of drug adopted frequency analysis showed that the frequently used drugs of Professor Kanyin Li in the treatment of AS are tonic herbs and blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,their usage frequency is more than 200 times,accounting for 51.36%.The others are rheumatism medicine,antifebrile agents,damp-clearing drug,liver wind almed drug,diaphoretic drug,qi-regulating drugs,styptic and so on,and their usage frequency is below 100 times,accounting for 48.64%.The top 10 drugs in frequency were liquorice,white peony root,spatholobus suberctu,caulis sinomenii,poria cocos,astragalus,rhizoma corydalis,achyranthes bidentata,pinellia ternata and rehmannia.Meanwhile,the frequency of use was 60 times,61 times,53 times,47 times,46 times,46 times,43 times,39 times,38 times and 38 times,respectively.The frequency of the use of various types of yin tonifying herbs in the top 50 commonly used was counted.The results show that the frequency of qi,blood and yang tonifying herbs was prominent in the category of yin tonifying herbs,being separately 117,81 and 47 times,accounting for 47.37%,32.79%,and 19.03%,respectively.They are mainly licorice,astragalus,atractylodes;radix paeoniae alba,radix angelicae sinensis;and cistanche,epimedium,rhizoma cibotii.Put the top 50 drugs,including blood act stasis remove drugs, into the frequency statistics,105 times,91 times,the percentage were 51.72% and 44.83%,main drugs are Spatholobus suberctu,Achyranthes,Salviae miltiorrhizae,Peach,Herba Leonuri,Safflower,Rhizoma Corydalis,Radix Curcuma.In the total frequency of top 50 drugs,the medicine flavor of top 3 were pungent,bitter,sweet,the frequency of use was 25 times,24 times,23 times,the percentage were 29.76%,28.57%,27.83%.The first 2 drugs used in the total 50 drugs were warm and calm respectively,and the frequency of use was 26 times and 13 times,and the percentage was 52% and 26%.In the total frequency of use,the first 8 medicine meridian tropism were liver,spleen,stomach,heart,kidney,lung,bladder,colon,frequency of use were 29 times,21 times,14 times,13 times,11 times,9 times,7 times,3 times and the percentage were 26.36%,19.09%,12.73%,11.82%,10%,8.18%,6.36%,2.73%.Two association analysis showed that there were 6 common drug pairs,which were Rhizoma Cyperus and Glycyrrhiza,Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Rehmanniae and Radix Glycyrrhizae,turmeric and Glycyrrhiza,Scorpio and Glycyrrhiza,Scorpio and Rhizoma.Three association analysis showed 10 association results,the first 4 were Radix Paeoniae Alba add Astragali and Glycyrrhiza,Glycyrrhiza plus Astragalus and Radix Paeoniae Alba,Astragalus chinensis plus Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Alba.Four association analysis showed 10 association results,the first 2 were Radix Paeoniae Alba,Rhizoma Astragali,Astragalus,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Radix Astragali and Radix Paeoniae Alba.Among the five association analyses,the first 4 were Radix Paeoniae Alba,Astragalus chinensis,Radix Astragali,Radix Glycyrrhizae,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Radix Astragali,Radix Astragali,Radix Glycyrrhizae and Radix Paeoniae Alba.Radix Paeoniae Alba,Hicken-blood Rattan,Cymbidium,Poria cocos,Glycyrrhiza.Conclusion: The main drugs for treating AS in prescriptions of Professor Kanyin Li were mainly focused on the tonic herbs and blood-activating and stasis-resolving herbs,especially the blood-activating emmenagogue and blood-activating analgesic herbs.The top ten frequently-used drugswere liquorice,white peony root,spatholobus suberctu,caulis sinomenii,Poria cocos,astragalus,rhizoma corydalis,Achyranthes bidentata,Pinellia ternata and Rehmannia.The nature and flavor of most adopted drugs were pungent,bitter,sweet,warm and calm.The first 3 medicine meridian tropism were liver,spleen,stomach.According to the results of the correlation analysis,we could find that Professor Li's frequently used prescription for the treatment of AS based on
