The Analysis Excavates Study Of Gan Zuwang' Medical Cases Of ENT(Ear-nose-throat) Diseases Based On Fuzzy Clustering-Correlation Method

Take Gan Zuwang's ENT(ear-nose-throat) medical cases information as the subject, use DM(data mining) technique based on the fuzzy clustering and association rule to analysis and explore the multiple relationship about principles, methods, formulas and medicinals in his diagnostic and therapeutic experience, reveal the information of an old famous TCM(traditional Chinese medicine) doctor's experience on dialectical thinking,therapeutic principle and choosing the application. This is beneficial to clinicians who want to master diagnostic and therapeutic experience of a famous TCM doctor and guide clinical work, which also provides the reference for comprehending and inheriting the academic thinking and clinical experience.The result proves the application of DM technique based on the fuzzy clustering and association rule to analysis in TCM cases isviable.Meanwhile, because the unified and authoritative standard of TCM symptoms is lacking,this standard is the premise insuring the scientific and objective of DM,the article makes some superficial studies and try for language description and standard of TCM.The article is divided into five chapters.The first chapter presents the research background, outlining the progress of DM technique in the research of TCM related field. The second chapter introduces DM technique based on the fuzzy clustering,that is, fuzzy reasoning of mathematical thought is introduced in the method of DM, and the method of first cluster and later relevance is applied in DM of medical cases.The third chapter evaluates the results and summarizes and analyses Gan Zuwang's academics thoughts further,discussing the relevance which is not meet the medical law and finding the reasons. The fourth chapter introduces some problems existed in application of DM technique and the research of TCM, summarizes the innovations of the study,points out the disadvantages of this study,and puts forward the vision for further study.By DM technique based on the fuzzy clustering-association rule for Gan Zuwang's ENT disease,form the DM platform which is suitable for medical case prescription's analysis,analyse the different superficial knowledge results from the group of party features and unilaterally features, and provides the knowledge base interpretation; Results show the application of DM technique based on the fuzzy clustering to analysis in TCM cases is feasible.If TCM related terminology standards can be established, sample sizecan be expanded(medical cases and the number of prescription) and the effective information can be excavated,the result will be more accord with the treatment characteristics and pharmacy experience of famous doctor.
