Objective: Glauber salt has purging heat,soft firm,powder swelling effect,very suitable for real heat stagnation syndrome.Topical application can be anti-inflammatory swelling.The local inflammatory reaction leads to long-term intramuscular injection of progesterone,severe cases can lead to artificial pan.This experiment chose to accept progestin patients as the research object,and compare adverse reaction of observation that efficacy of external application with Magnesium Sulfate mirabilite wet compress on the prevention and treatment of intramuscular injection of progesterone induced local,in order to make guidance to the clinical nursing.Methods :1 Choosing examples that aged 22 to 40 years,need long-term intramuscular injection of Progesterone and consistent with the requirements of diagnostic criteria in line with threatened abortion who visit in March December 2015 in Hebei Provincial Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine gynecology.patients will be injected 20mg/ml Progesterone 1 times a day,on both sides of the hip,until pregnancy 4 ~ 8 weeks after the slow reduction to the last stop medication.2 Grouping: This study used a case-control study.According to the injection site is divided into the observation group and the control group: the control group(right buttock,odd injection): Z type manual pre washing a small amount of air injection of progesterone after 2 hours then the 50% Magnesium Sulfate solution soaked gauze at the injection site that do it 1 times a day,each lasting 2 hours and in wet period keeping moist gauze;The observation group(left hip,dual injections): Z type manual pre washing a small amount of air 2 hours after intramuscular injection of progesterone then take the medicine that is equipped with an external application of mirabilite debris and properly fixed on muscle injection site day 1 times a day,2 hours each time with.3 Efficacy indicators: to assess the day before the intramuscular injection of adjuvant treatment and record.The incidence of inflammatory response in different degrees of muscle injection site.Injection site surface temperature.The emergence time of the muscle subcutaneous induration.The patients with injection pain index.The patients in the drug application process comfort index.4 Statistical analysis: data processing use SPSS13.0 statistical software package to analyze,the results rank data using rank sum test,measurement data using t test and count data using x2 test.Result:1 Two kinds of external method have significant differences in the treatment and prevention of adjuvant treatment of local inflammation caused by intramuscular injection of progesterone(P<0.01),mirabilite group curative effect was significantly better than the Magnesium Sulfate wet packing group.2 The temperature of two groups of patients with intramuscular injection of skin were significantly different(P<0.01),mirabilite group curative effect was significantly better than the Magnesium Sulfate wet packing group.3 Two groups of patients with muscle subcutaneous induration time had significant difference(P<0.01),mirabilite group curative effect was significantly better than the Magnesium Sulfate wet packing group.4 Two sets of data in the process of treatment effect and comfort,use Magnesium Sulfate mirabilite wet compress also accounted for a larger advantage(P<0.01),there was statistical significance.When the external application doesn't pollute the dressing,doesn't limit patients position,and greatly improve the patients' compliance.5 Two kinds of external treatment methods have no significant difference of pain improved intramuscular injection in statistically.6 In the course of treatment,there were no adverse reactions in the two groups,and the treatment was safe and reliable.Conclusion: Mirabilite for prevention and treatment of progesterone due to long-term intramuscular injection induced by local inflammatory effect is better than the Magnesium Sulfate wet dressing.Compared with the advantages of Glauber's salt wet compress with mirabilite external applying,mirabilite external applying have high comfortable..Mirabilite external applying as an auxiliary method for the prevention and treatment of progesterone induced local inflammation that has the significance to be popularized.
