Clinical Observation Of Garlic And Glauber Salt And Rhubarb Of Point Appliacation On The Adhesive Intestinal Obstmction

Objective:To investigate the effect of garlic and glauber salt and rhubarb of point application on the postoperational Adhesive Intestinal Obstmction and explore the safety. So as to provide the basis for further clinical application. Methods: 1.Clinical data: NO.252 Hopital of People’s Liberation Army of General Surgery Department and Digestive Department of adhesive intestinal obstruction admitted to the medical records of patients in April 2014—2015 year in February, will set up a database recording the relevant information, using statistical software SPSSl6.0.Randomly divided into 2 groups, control group36 patients and treatment group 36 patients.In comparison with the curative effect observation,the time for alleviating bellyache and the time for abdominal distension,gurgling sound resume time,exhaust and defecate time. 2.Therapeutic method: Control Group:Treatment throughthe use of foundation: fast water, continued decompression;maintain water, electrolyte and acid-base balance;parenteral nutrition support;the condition of patients with antibiotics.Treatment group : at the same time combined with garlic and glauber salt and rhubarb umbilicus(garlic3g, glauber salt2 g, rhubarb6 g vinegar). Frist, make rhubarb3 g grind into powder, then garlic3 g and rhubarb2 g and vinegar hybrid modulation paste(frist one)Second, make another rhubarb3 g into powder(sencond one), and the first one attach the belly button, after 2 hours remove and warm water wash the local skin.Last,the second one attach the belly button, after 6 hours remove.once a day. Conelusiom:1.Comparison of the clinical efficacy:after the treatment, the total effective rate for the treatment group36 patients is 91.67%, with recovery for 23 patients, markedly effective in 10 patients, effect for 33 patients, and ineffectiveness for 3 patients; the total effective rate for the comparison group 35 patients is 75.00%, with recovery for 18 patients, markedly effective in9 patients, effect for27 patients, and ineffectiveness for9 patients The differences between the total effective rates of the two groups are statistically significant(P<0.05).The clinical study showed that treatment group had obvious difference with control group,in comparison with the effective rate,the time for alleviating bellyache,the time for abdominal distension,the gurgling sound resume time,the exhaust and defecate time. 2. ALT,AST, Cr, BUN changes: After treatment,there was no obvious changes of ALT, AST and Cr,BUN between the treatment group and the comparison group after treatment(P>0.05). 3. Adverse effects and side effects:Garlic and glauber salt and rhubarb is safe and there are no obvious side effects and adverse effects in those groups, it can provide a useful back-up to conventional treatment in Adhesive Intestinal Obstmction. Results:The clinical study showed that Adhesive Intestinal Obstmction had safe. It is shows that the the Decoction has no obvious side effects and adverse effects and effectively the adjuvant treatment of Adhesive Intestinal Obstmction.
