Research On The Intelligence Development,temperament Behavior And Influencing Factors Of Iron Deficiency Anemia Children During 6-24 Months In Lanzhou

Objective : To investigate the effect of iron deficiency anemia on mental development and temperament of children aged 6 to 24 months,and analyze the influencing factors of IDA.Methods: A total of 276 children,aged between 6 and 24 months,who underwent physical examination in the Children’s Health Department of the First Hospital of Lanzhou University from June to December 2019 were selected as the research subjects.According to Hb,the patients were divided into two groups: IDA group(137 patients)and the control group(139 patients).Gesell intelligence assessment was conducted by professional staff,temperament scale and general condition questionnaire were filled in by the primary caregivers.Temperament types and scores of each temperament dimension were analyzed by computer software.Spss21.0 software is adopted to improve the t test,x~2 test,Pearson correlation analysis,Logistic regression analysis,to explore the influence of IDA on the mental development of children aged 6 to 24 months and the correlation between IDA and temperament,and to analyze the influencing factors of IDA.Results:1.The Development Quotient(DQ)values of personal sociability,fine motor,general motor and adaptability in IDA group were all lower than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.In IDA group,the temperaments of easy to maintain and middle to maintain were lower than those of the control group,and those of slow to start,middle to maintain and difficult to maintain were higher than those of the control group(P < 0.05).3.maternal anemia during pregnancy、the family diet is mainly vegetarian、exclusive breastfeeding after 6months is risk factors for IDA,supplementation with meat is a protective factor for IDA.Conclusion:1.The development of general motor、ine motor、adaptive and personal social function areas in IDA children was lower than that in the control group.2.IDA is not conducive to the formation of positive temperament.3.The risk factors of IDA in this study are: anemia during pregnancy,failure to add complementary food in time after 6 months,vegetarian diet in the family,and supplemental meat is the protective factor of IDA.
